Mansion holiday rentals in Moreton-in-Marsh

Top marks all round. The house is large and ideal for our needs (a bunch of grey haired old school chums getting together to play board games, chat and drink wine for a weekend). Big kitchen, big lounge, decent bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, just across from a super country pub and in a picture postcard village. The house and kitchen is well equipped and it’s not pristine kitchen ware so you feel you can have fun cooking. All round it was great and we plan to return please.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this immaculate home in Oxford. The house is beautifully furnished with a perfect blend of comfort and style—every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The back garden was a real highlight: peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Everything was spotless on arrival, and the host made us feel incredibly welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking a relaxing and elegant stay in Oxford.

Crucis Park was just what we needed for some of our wedding delegation! We had a large group with groomsmen and their partners and young families and the accommodation had loads of space, plenty of rooms and great games spaces. We sat out in the garden for all of our first evening there and had a great time. Mandy who helped out with emails and Comms was particularly helpful and understanding! Thanks, Iain

Superb comfortable location for a few days in the Cotswolds. The rear patio and garden was a real afternoon and evening sun trap. Had an excellent meal at The Lion only 1minute down the road. We walked to Sudeley Castle, recommend for a least 2hrs if you like a bit of history then onto Belas Knap, a 5,500year old burial site, then down the hill back to Winchcombe. Cleeve hill walk provided incredible views and Cheltenham is 20minutes away. The Jazz festival was in full swing.

Tara’s and her families home is absolutely beautiful. We booked a very last minute stay and they were extremely accommodating from the moment we booked to when we left. Sending us lots of recommendations of walks and places to eat which was really appreciated. We had a lovely long weekend there. The local pub did a great Sunday Lunch and the Distillery was a very short walk away and great for lunch. We also did a day trip to Bourton on the water and Chipping Norton. Would highly recommend and hope to return. Thank you :)

Absolutely lovely! The cottage and location were perfect for my family. The backyard was a picturesque place for our children to run around. All of their recommendations were spot on. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in the Cotswolds.

A Perfect Stay in Chipping Campden – Truly Unforgettable! Our stay at this beautiful property in Chipping Campden was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly special and well taken care of. The hosts went above and beyond even before we reached – the communication was excellent, and every detail had been thoughtfully prepared. The house itself is absolutely stunning and the perfect family home. Warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained – it had everything we needed and more. The jacuzzi was already on and ready for us, and the heaters were set to the perfect temperature, making the entire place feel cozy and inviting from the moment we walked in. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. It was a truly special experience and totally worth every moment. We would love to come again and are already thinking about our next trip back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, care, and a touch of luxury in the Cotswolds!

We had the most wonderful stay at Berry Farm Barn for a long weekend. Beautiful accommodation, excellent amenities and the perfect house for family and friends to catch up and unwind. Close to Cirencester and a great selection of pubs and restaurants, the perfect location for an easy relaxing weekend. Thank you Berry Farm Barn for making our stay so enjoyable.

Great find in easy walking distance of the town, which features lots of dog friendly bars, plenty of variety in the restaurants and fish and chip shop with a longer queue than Diddly squat farm shop.... and a handy spot to travel to local attractions. the property itself was great, ample space inside and out for a family of four adult couple and a couple of four legged friends, with all the usual facilities to hand. the weather restricted some of the use of the garden but very pleasant when we could be outside. only slight challenge was limited street parking for the four cars we travelled in, but ultimately always found somewhere (as long as you can parallel park)..but don't let this put you off. book in and enjoy !

Such a wonderful home to stay at. Everything you could need for a family stay and we loved it. Thank you for making a very memorable weekend. We did have an issue with the plumbing in the upstairs shower which caused an issue but the host was very quick to respond to my message. My only comment would be that the rooms are not dark like I thought they would be given it says there are room darkening blinds so would recommend an eye mask if you don’t want to be woken by daylight at 5am.

We had such a lovely, peaceful stay at Amanda’s chocolate box cottage. The place is so charming and the special touches just made it even better. We all left feeling completely relaxed. We can’t wait to come back and experience it all again! Xx

one of our favourite airbnb stays! really spacious and comfortable. large kitchen and very large bedrooms. the horses just outside were a nice addition and the kids loved seeing their heads pop out of the stables. really peaceful surroundings and easy to get to nearby attractions. owner responded to messages quickly and very friendly. A great halfway meeting point with friends so will definitely look to stay again!

What a lovely, character and spacious cottage. The cottage is set within the best gardens we have seen at an Airbnb. The instruction booklet is very thorough and full of great recommendations of the local area and history of the cottage itself. There are ample appliances, utensils, pots and pans with plenty of cutlery and glasses. The garden and summer house are a pleasure to sit in and you can tell they are very well looked after and we spent every evening outside. It is a very quiet neighbourhood and a peaceful sleep had by all. It is within walking distance, by the river, to the local village which has some outstanding restaurants and pubs. If mobility is an issue, a taxi is less than £5 to the village. We had the pleasure of meeting Geoff and his wife in the garden and they are such friendly and caring hosts. We would highly recommend staying here and would certainly love to stay again. Thank you for a very memorable weekend.

From the moment we arrived at Lower Mill Estates we were in awe of how picturesque and serene the property was. Everything about this listing was as advertised and more. The host Victoria was extremely responsive and helpful when I had questions leading up to our trip. I was able to reach out with questions during our trip as well, with a fast response. Oakleigh cottage is situated next to a giant willow tree with surrounding gardens, and has the quintessential Cotswolds feel to it. I let Victoria know we were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Upon arrival to the cottage, we found the cottage filled with birthday decor and a special gift for her! We were so surprised! It was such a nice touch to our stay. Our family loved swimming in the pools, kayaking, paddle boarding, and taking walks to the local restaurants. It was a one of a kind vacation that we’ll always remember. Thank you for making our stay so awesome! We hope to be back again one day!

We stayed at Gemma's place to be close to a work location and it was great. Lovely house, nice area. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay. House was spotless and very spacious. The estate has great facilities (pool, spa, tennis courts, etc) and we loved having access to the lake for paddle boarding. Would recommend the private chef from Ballihoo on the estate. Alasdair was a very helpful and responsive host.

We enjoyed our stay at Jan's house in Someford Keynes. The rooftop entertaining space was a particular favourite of our group. For future travels, id note the following: * The ammenties in the holiday park are very busy and require significant prior planning. Unfortunately, our group were not able to swim as all of the slots were taken, and all spa appointments were booked weeks in advance. * There are a lot of children and families around the park. As such, there are a lot of rules for noise/entertainment (which is fair!), but just worth being aware of in case your group would prefer an adults-only experience. We enjoyed the space and appreciated the proactive communications from the host!

Kate was a fantastic host, communication was excellent, she responded to any queries very quickly and provided detailed information about the house and the area including recommendations for local restaurants. The house was also perfect, we had a lovely time celebrating my 30th birthday and enjoyed watching the sunset in the hot tub with a glass of bubbly! The house has everything you need and is suitable for all ages, would highly recommend staying here, the views of the lake are stunning! Thank you Kate for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

We spent 6 days at Rob’s place with our 3 children. The weather was not our friend but the onsite swimming pool meant we still had a fabulous time. The hot tub was a great addition to the property. The cottage had plenty of room for us all & the spa facilities were fantastic. Great location as well, we had a lovely morning wandering around Cirencester. Rob was super helpful. We used 2 of the recommended places to eat & both were fantastic options. Lovely stay!

Lovely stay in the Cotswolds at this cool house by a lake. Fun stuff to do locally even in a rainy Feb half term. Kids felt safe and really enjoyed it. Special mention to Suus our host who was so helpful and super responsive. Recommended!

We had a fantastic time in Kingham. The living spaces were bright and airy with lots of space for 6 adults, a baby and a big dog. Everything we needed was at the house. Comfy beds.
