"The little barn" Quiet countryside apartment

Welcome to La Petite Grange, a newly renovated cottage, in the quiet of the Arrageous countryside. In an independent part of our barn, you will benefit from an apartment on two floors, new and functional, designed to comfortably accommodate 3 to 4 people (5 maximum). It is located in the center of the village, 10 minutes from Arras, 30 minutes from Lille and 1h30 from the Opal Coast. It is also located in the heart of the main historical memory and battle sites of the First World War.

Le 245 est un appartement confortable de 50m2, situé au 1er étage (accès par escalier) en plein coeur du centre-ville. Il dispose d'une grande chambre avec un lit de 160/200 cm. Récemment rénové, soigneusement entretenu et nettoyé avec attention, il offre un haut niveau de confort (double vitrage, équipements de qualité). Stationnement gratuit Place du Barlet à 2 min à pied ou dans la rue (payant de 9h à 19h). Commerces, restaurants à proximité immédiate, gare à pied en moins de 10 min.

Residence with parking (closed between 10pm and 6am, access by code). Living room/kitchen: 2-seater sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, electric oven, city gas stove, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, microwave, dishes for 4. Bedroom 1: 140 x 190 double bed with quality mattress, wardrobe. Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet, washing machine. (access to the bathroom is through bedroom 1). Mezzanine bedroom (under slope): single bed. Access via a steep staircase. Connected lockbox.

Come and relax in a spacious place in the countryside with all the comforts and amenities within a 5-min drive. Walks, caves, Bapaume underground. Come and visit the South Artois, close to the history of the First World War, the Battle of the Somme and Vimy Ridge. In a triangle between Amiens, Cambrai and Arras, you will discover the various museums and hikes. Amiens les hortillons, its macarons, the Bêtises de Cambrai, Arras and its large squares.

L'Hortense - 6 people

In an exceptional setting, discover our l 'Hortense cottage. Totally renovated with harmony in a chic and clean atmosphere, this old building has kept all its soul. housed in a beautiful green setting, it has been designed so that you can find all the comfort you need in order to have a very pleasant time. Access to the private SPA under the pergola will enhance your stay. Access to outdoor pool (May-September) an exclusive place to discover!

Studio in a chalet

Between Cambrai and Arras, in a small quiet and charming village, spend a night and/or a stay in a cottage converted into a studio, on my wooded and fenced property. You will have all the amenities, equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room. You will enjoy the view of the Bourlon Forest and the surrounding silence. Respecting the tranquility and peaceful environment, you will spend a pleasant time in the middle of nature. Closed parking space.

Situé dans la cour d'une ferme en activité ,sur l'axe Cambrai /Bapaume: 15min de Cambrai, 15 min de Bapaume, 35min de Douai et 30 min d'Arras en voiture ,dans un petit village à la campagne. Possibilité de garer le véhicule dans la cour fermée, studio neuf, spacieux , Idéal pour 2 personnes. Animaux acceptés; nous avons trois gentils chiens à la ferme ainsi que des chevaux.

New bright "Beffroi" studio

Have a pleasant stay in this comfortable and bright fully equipped studio. The accommodation has the advantage of its disadvantages: close to the roads, it is located on a main artery close to a traffic light... We cannot be held responsible for the noise of the city.

Small studio ideal for 1 person

Pleasant small new studio for 1 person, on the ground floor street side, you will appreciate its location near the TGV train station and the University just 5 minutes walk. Due to its size, it is ideal for 1 person, but may be suitable for 2 people for short stays.
