Le logement comprend une chambre avec lit 2 personnes. Un salon avec tv et canapé convertible, une cuisine bien équipée et une salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne. "Rapeseed" studio on the farm

Studio on the first floor located in a farm building overlooking a courtyard access via a spiral staircase located in the courtyard of a working farm, on the Cambrai/Bapaume axis: 15 min from Cambrai and 15 min from Bapaume, 35 min from Douai and 30 min from Arras by car, in a small village in the countryside. Possibility to park the vehicle in the closed courtyard, new studio, spacious, Ideal for 2 people. Pets allowed; we have three nice dogs on the farm as well as horses.

Bedroom 1: 140 x 190 double bed with quality mattress, wardrobe. Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet, washing machine. (access to the bathroom is through bedroom 1). Mezzanine bedroom (under slope): single bed. Access via a steep staircase. Connected lockbox.

Apartment within a typical Artois Farmhouse, for 1 to 4 people, consisting of a kitchen and dining area. Bedroom 1 with double bed, TV, bedroom 2 with single bed and sofa bed, with desk area. A bathroom with shower and sink. Located between Arras and Bapaume 25 minutes from Peronne and 20 minutes from Albert. We are on the route of GR145 la Via Francigena Local shops in the municipality: Bakery, grocery store local products, a friterie and a Pizza kiosk.

Two comfortable bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed, possibility of adding 2 extra beds), a spacious office and a bathroom with bathtub, the equipped kitchen and the laundry room with washing machine. Enjoy a seating area with TV and Wi-Fi, a garden and private parking. The accommodation sleeps up to 5 people, perfect for discovering the region in peace.

Between Cambrai and Arras, in a small quiet and charming village, spend a night and/or a stay in a cottage converted into a studio, on my wooded and fenced property. You will have all the amenities, equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room. You will enjoy the view of the Bourlon Forest and the surrounding silence. Respecting the tranquility and peaceful environment, you will spend a pleasant time in the middle of nature. Closed parking space.
