My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. In a small new house semi-detached on one side with our residence (independent access and enclosed garden) you will enjoy a bedroom with a 160 bed and an equipped kitchen overlooking a large wooden terrace, a garden and a covered shelter extends the outside. In the living room a sofa bed allows sleeping for 1 or 2 people.
