A cozy, spacious (102 sqm + terrace), bright nest, overlooking the Apennines and Pietra di Bismantova Simple country house, 625 m above sea level, surrounded by greenery of the MaB Unesco Biosphere, which preserves 70% of Italian biodiversity. The house is located on the "Via Matildica del Volto Santo" route, a few kilometers from the Castle of Canossa. Upon request, we can accommodate your 4-legged friend in a 20 sqm Dog-box, with about 3,000 sqm of private fenced green area available.

Set in the tranquil hills of Casatico, our home offers an immersive escape where nature's beauty intertwines with rich local culture. Panoramic views of valleys, vineyards, and distant mountains greet guests each morning. Venture out to the iconic Torrechiara Castle or explore the vibrant Parma city and charming Langhirano. As the day winds down, indulge in wines from nearby makers. Our garden, dotted with fruit trees, adds a touch of rustic charm, completing the authentic experience.

The Barn

Situated in the Apuane mountains with stunning views, this lovely spacious apartment has its own garden where you can relax and dine al fresco. The area is a perfect haven for cycling, hiking, horse riding and visiting the many nearby terracotta towns and Borgos. Alternatively beaches and ski resorts are within an hour's drive. Il Fienile offers free fast Wi-Fi access and free parking. The property is a double en-suite bedroom with an additional bedroom (suitable for families only).

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

You will find: entrance; kitchen with oven, washing machine, kettle, nespresso, fridge and everything you need to cook; living area with sofa, dining table, TV and balcony; bedroom with double bed, wall closet and desk; bathroom with shower.

The house is a rustic stone and wood building in the Apuan Alps park, an ideal place for those who want to hike in the woods and explore the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany, between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with gas stove, wi-fi, sofa bed and for heating for the winter season it has a wood stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with full bathroom with shower, a wooden mezzanine with a single bed.
