The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. And we hope they feel welcome in our house. Of course we give you tips for sightseeing, restaurants, bars, etc....

The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner induction stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, toaster, coffee pad machine, and a washing machine, as well as dishes, pots and pans. A table for two, a queen-sized bed, a desk for working, free WiFi and a TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime make your stay complete. One bicycle can be borrowed free of charge.

It is located on the SW corner of a large, very well-kept residential complex and consists of living/bedroom with balcony, separate kitchenette and bathroom. Bedroom and living area have an exit to the balcony overlooking far over the city and the Münster to the Black Forest in the south as well as on green areas, forest and the lake in front of the house.

Large room over 2 floors in a detached house. An integrated bathroom in the upper room. Upstairs a 140 wide bed, in the lower room a 140 wide sofa. Coffee machine and kettle, no cooking facilities. The house is located directly on the railway line. The tram to Freiburg is a 10-minute walk away. In 10 min you are also in the forest and also the shopping facilities can be reached on foot in 10min. 1 min walk to an indoor pool.

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200m from Dietenbachsee. All attractions are easy to reach by tram. The tram stop is also about 500m from the property. The tram takes you well from the central station to the apartment. It's an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking may be made available by arrangement. I live right under the apartment and am ready for questions.
