The train station is within a 2 minute walking distance from the apartment which will take you to Salzburg main station. If you prefer to use the car, we offer free parking for 1 car (more vehicles are possible upon request). If you are looking to bring work along, we have you covered - the apartment offers a work station with an extra monitor.

With about 950 inhabitants, Halsbach is the smallest municipality in the district of Altötting. The small town is located in the idyllic foothills of the Alps and impresses on "föhnigen" days with good distant views with a magnificent view of the Bavarian mountains. The nearby pilgrimage site of Altötting with its churches and Christian sights, the longest castle in Europe in Burghausen and the proximity to Lake Chiem make the region the ideal starting point for a vacation in Bavaria.

Surrounded by farms and lots of forest, you can relax well near Salzburg and still be immediately in the center of the action by car. Supermarkets are very quickly accessible, Lake Wallersee is within sight. Ideal as a starting point for swimming and hiking and exploring Salzburg. The Salzkammergut, Hallstatt and Königssee are also within easy reach. Also easy to do with public transport.

Hiking and cycling opportunities can be found right in front of the house, and it takes 20-35 minutes to get to the center of Salzburg by bus or car, depending on traffic conditions. Welcome to Tittmoning, an idyllic small town on the Salzach. Lake Leitgeringer is 5 minutes away by car. The 66 m² new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (dead end). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. If that does not bother you, then we are very much looking forward to seeing you. Food is provided by supermarkets, a butcher shop, several bakers, and restaurants.
