My apartment is located in Karlsfeld in the north of Munich. It is very nice and is equipped with Internet Wi-Fi. It is absolutely quiet, in very good surroundings, on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafes, beer garden, pizzeria, McDonald's, tennis court, swimming lake within walking distance. Good parking options. Bus: 100 m (10 min ride to the S-Bahn) S-Bahn train: in 20 minutes in the center of Munich.

Quite location, but close to the inner city. 2.000qm are with a big garden, terrace and a parking slot for 2 cars. A big living room with a perfect view into the garden. A great kitchen with a bar tresen and completely new kitchenware. 2 guestrooms with big beds and enough storage place for clothes etc. Shopping possibilities are near by (5 min. walk). Also the Nymphbenruger Schlosspark is very close, a wonderful place for a pleasant walk.

There is a large very bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub) and the bedroom. Washing machine, dishwasher, etc. are of course also available. In the bedroom there is a double bed (160 x 200 cm), and the two sofas in the living room are sofa beds - so 3-4 people are no problem!
