Reina was an exceptional host and had everything needed for our weekend stay. She ordered extra board games for our kids which they loved. She was extremely responsive and kind. The house was as described in the listing. There are a few spots where the house shows its age but we felt safe in it. Floors were not as clean as probably should be (felt sticky from mopping pads, maybe?) but it wasn’t a deal breaker. It would be helpful to have written directions for working the tv and front door lock. We appreciate the hospitality Reina offered us by providing more coffee pods and a coffee gift card for our troubles (when a new bedroom set was delayed in arriving). She is a great host who’s thought of everything!

Modern, creative, and cozy spot in the heart of downtown Fargo. Jeremy's place was extremely clean, he was very accommodating with requests and easy to communicate with. 10/10 comfort of bed. The only "negative" is the garbage trucks that pick up very early and frequently through the alley. Other than that, a pretty quiet spot!

This property was a very cozy gem. The location was convenient for shopping and restaurants. The bathroom also was exactly as luxurious as suggested. A great place to visit!

We thought the space was great and worked perfect for our Christmas gathering! The home had many nice kitchen items that were helpful and the snacks and drinks offered were appreciated! And we were really thankful for the extra air mattresses to use for a couple of kids sleeping on the floor. The hot tub and Pac Man arcade game were a very fun addition during our stay and provided hours of fun! Thanks for everything, Mike! 🙂

What a terrific home, and the perfect place to stay in Fargo! Rachael was such a helpful and wonderfully accommodating host. The home was beautiful with real charm and well appointed. We were so thankful garage & off-street parking was available, and the neighborhood itself is peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for providing us a wonderful home base while in town!
