The place is perfectly located, close to amenities, public transport and great local cafes, restaurants and shops. Inside it’s perfectly styled, includes everything you’ve need for a short or long stay and has very comfortable beds.

The apartment is really convenient to everything in Moonee Ponds. The provision of oil, vinegar, salt and pepper was generous for a long stay. The location can sometimes be a bit noisy from the bar along the street, especially at weekends, and from cars exiting the car park underneath. There is a great open garden space on level three. Ryan and Rosa were quick to answer when I had a question. Altogether all you need in an excellent location.

Great location, central & walking distance to everything in Moonee Ponds yet apartment is tucked away in a quiet street. Owner is very friendly, responsive & keeps the place clean & tidy. Spacious for a one bedroom apartment & great value. Will definitely stay here again!

The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Amy was a great host—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with any questions. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
