House holiday rentals in Monument

We actually decided to stay here because of the amazing pictures and all the feedback about how wonderful Debra was!!! And it was all true and even better than advertised!!! We had an amazing time and Debra and her husband were super friendly and helpful!!! We will definitely stay here again if our trip adventures lead us to the area again!!!

The home had everything we needed and met all our requirements. Janell was very responsive and flexible to our needs. I recommend this home!

Place was great, nice residential neighborhood. Worked well for our family to explore different things to do around Colorado Springs, and was a great place to hang out and rest up for the day so we could adventure again the next day. Hot tub was nice, and the master suite was exceptional, especially the shower and tub. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to enjoy time together but have space apart as well. Kitchen had PLENTY of pots and pans and knives and cutting boards for us to cook, and we love to cook our own food on vacation to save money. We visited in winter or we would have spent a bunch of time when we were there in the pool as well.

Our 2nd time at the place and we love it. It was perfect for a group of men going to a conference.

Beautiful home and the view was amazing!! The grandkids loved the pool and arcade games! We had a great time. I wish we could have stayed longer. Tiffany was an outstanding host!

Must pick location for families with kids and outdoor entertaining! The space is well thought out for family gatherings. Host has done a fantastic job putting this home together. The outdoor space is unmatched! You will not find a better patio and outdoor entertaining space. Neighborhood is quiet and close to necessary shopping. Host is super responsive and very friendly. House instructions were very clear. Everything was well labeled and easy to use. Great kitchen and indoor space. Highly recommend this home. Heated pool. Great! Hot tub. Awesome! Trampoline, play house. Kids loved it. Back deck was amazing. TV, propane heaters, mood lighting, outdoor stereo, ceiling fan. Bathrooms and showers were really nice. Plenty of hot water. Appliances were great. Luggage racks were a bonus. Would absolutely stay again. Rent this place!

We had a great stay at Cobblestone Cottage! The home was cozy, clean, and well-stocked, and the setting in the forest was beautiful — especially with the rain. Communication with Sarah was excellent; she was warm, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. The instructions were clear, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. We’d definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend!

When we arrived and opened the door, we all literally said "WOW" at the welcome we received. There was soft music playing, all the lights were on, and cookies on the counter with a welcome note. It was very evident that Charli and Mike went out of their way to make us feel right at home. The whole house was tidy, clean, and we loved the large supply of towels and washcloths provided. We have never had that many before. My friend and I also loved the fact that there is a second living room on the lower level that we could escape to and chat while our husbands talked boy talk in the upper level living room. We have rented multiple houses throughout the years and this one is definitely up there at the top as one of our favorites!

This was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. The location was great. The space had everything we needed and more. And the view of the mountains was AMAZING! Brian and Tama were phenomenal hosts and so helpful and welcoming. We would love to stay again when in the area!

Shelly’s place was awesome! The location was amazing - scenic views all around and super private and peaceful property! As a Colorado Springs resident this was the perfect getaway still close enough to town but far enough out that it felt like a getaway! We will definitely stay here again!

We were here for a wedding at Palmer Lake. This was only 10 minutes from the venue. Also conveniently located to our family and activities in Colorado Springs. This was the CLEANEST air bnb we have ever stayed in. Our host purchased a new pack n play to accommodate our granddaughter. She also offered to purchase a stroller. She was very responsive when we had issues with the WiFi. The only real issue was that there was a burned out light in the primary water closet and one that flickered in the kitchen. And housekeeping neglected to leave extra paper products for us so we had to purchase them. Minor inconveniences. Overall this was an excellent property and I would stay here again for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home has a wonderful floor plan and perfect for working remote with great wi-fi. Gorgeous views- we had rain, snow and springtime sunshine all in the same week. Clean, comfortable beds and furniture, well stocked kitchen, pet friendly and so much more. Responsive and accommodating hosts- we didn’t want to leave! Definitely looking forward to booking this house again!

Cannot say enough positive things about the rental home in Monument and our host, John. The home is gorgeous, in a lovely quiet setting, complete with every ammenity needed (plus some!), and a perfect space for our family gathering. John responded to all communications promptly and always in a welcoming and friendly manner. He provided very detailed information about the home (how to operate all its hitech features, where to find/use important things) and the area (extensive display of local information and welcome snacks) which made arrival and departure easy and the stay such a pleasure. We couldn't have imagined a better arrangement for our few days together than our stay at John's home in Monument. Thank you so much!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Fantastic Airbnb - one of the best I’ve stayed in for a long time. Well stocked with the basic essentials, everything worked, very clean, and a super proactive and responsive host (Lois - we appreciate you!). We were in town for a family wedding, and this space comfortably fit 7 people, including two kids, with plenty of common space and privacy. The carpetball table was a hit (ages 6-72) and provided lots of entertainment during “down time.” Close to Monument and Larkspur, and an easy drive from Denver metro or the Springs. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice basement rental with one owner living in the upstairs. Excellent communication with all our questions, very friendly hostess. Nice lake with patio looking on, my kids loved kayaking with the kayaks on site.

Fantastic mountain view to wake up to every morning and great location to set out on our goal of hitting the local flavor and touristy places like Royal Gorge Route Railroad, Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods, etc. However, if you ask my 4yo granddaughter, she would tell you her favorite thing was playing with our hosts’ two sweet kiddos. She also enjoyed feeding the goats, seeing the chickens, and holding the tiny baby chicks!! Thank you Eric and Mency for the welcoming hospitality! You have a beautiful place!

Anne and Scott were fantastic hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The house was very clean and inviting. Perfect location. We’ll definitely stay again if our adventures bring us their way again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb! Host was really responsive and provided everything listed and some extra supplies too! The space truly feels like you are at home. The large windows and feeling like you are in the woods yet 5 minutes from so many local places is amazing! The rooms are spacious and everything worked great. Our favorite part of our stay was the Fox Run trailhead across the street! We walked it daily and our kids had the absolute best time! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home and we will definitely be back soon! The best rental in Colorado Springs!
