Relax in this quiet and elegant cottage with views of the stables, horses and valley, beautiful in every season. The cottage is well insulated and stays cool during heat waves, It is rated 3 stars, with no occupancy tax. Le Haras des Souches is not an equestrian center. The entrance is separate from the Normandy farmhouse that I have just restored. Located on 4 hectares (9.9 acres) on the edge of the forest. 3 km from Pavilly, on the Rouen - Dieppe, Amiens - Le Havre route. The Parking is private, closed by a gate.

There is another Queen bed and separated by a paritition and the staircase is the third sleeping area with two single beds (these can both open up to become doubles). The house is ideal for two families or a family with room for the grandparents.
