It's a family friendly place in a quiet suburban area 20 minutes from Valencia and 30 minutes from the beaches. The house can host up to 8 guests (max 5 adults). Ideal for remote work, with a desk in a small bedroom, big screen and fast internet connection. New aircon and heating. Great for families with kids - fully safety-fenced renovated pool, small playground with a slide and a trampoline.

Bei mir ist jeder willkommen. Egal, ob Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende, Familien (mit Kindern) mit oder ohne pelzige Freunde (Haustiere). Ich wünsche mir, dass sich alle Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Pinedo ist ein Vorort von Valencia und ruhig gelegen - im Zentrum gibt es allerdings alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Bäckerei, Apotheke, Lebensmittel . Ich bin private Gastgeberin und vermiete nicht zu touristischen Zwecken, im Sinne von gewerblichen, touristischen Angeboten.

"All Nature" a villa surrounded by nature, spacious, modern and well equipped. 2,400m2 of garden. Outdoor lounge, Chillout bed, 2 jacuzzis, BBQ, WIFI, Aircon in living/dinning room. Also ceiling fans. Supermarket at 7km. 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. Total privacy. Paella services at home and chef. 8 seats taxis for large groups The use of CONFETTI is prohibited. Noise can not be made after 10pm in the garden. The breach of this rule would lead to the cancellation of the reservation and no refund.

Welkom bij Finca Malata - Adults Only (21+) Ontdek La Casita, een sfeervol huisje, voor een ontspannen verblijf! Geniet van een luxe 2-persoonsbed (180x200), een badkamer met afzonderlijk toilet en een privé terras met zithoek en ligbed. Op het balkon een loungeset met panoramisch uitzicht. Het gedeelde zwembad (5x10) en tuin bieden voldoende privacy door zithoekjes. Via een poortje kom je direct in het natuurgebied. Op aanvraag serveren we ontbijt, lunch en tapas. Geen huisdieren.
