We have just returned from 2 weeks here and we had a fantastic time! Iain is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The house is ideal and perfectly matches the description! We had two dogs and the fully enclosed garden meant we could fully relax. We had a few days where we were unlucky with the weather so the heated pool was ideal and Iain was kind enough to make it slightly warmer for us! The house is so close to everywhere but still feels so private and quiet. We loved having the peace, but yet having everything we needed on the door step. We’d return in a heartbeat!

We had a great time with the family in the villa of Fabrice and his partner, very welcoming and very responsive hosts! Key handover earlier than expected to make the most of the pool and its outdoor kitchen, a delight! Very clean and tastefully decorated accommodation that perfectly matches the description. The amenities as well as the air conditioning were more than appreciated! We recommend it 100%.

The villa is on the edge of Somail, very very quiet place 3min from the Canal du Midi. The villa is amazing! It looked even smaller in the photos while there is a very large volume. Well arranged with a separation between the sleeping area of the 4 bedrooms (which each have their own bathroom/wc) and the living room. All rooms are air-conditioned. The outdoor area with a pool is great. No opposite and the pool is sunny almost all day! (That's cleaned 2 times a week) We were lucky to have had no mosquitoes too while a little further, there were a lot closer to the Canal du Midi. Lily and her mother who hosted us were nice, helpful and very responsive. If we really had to make a complaint, but it's the only one. The BBQ grills were dirty when we arrived and we were unable to remove all the dirt. I would 100% recommend!! It was a great time with the family!

We had the end with family and friends and everything spectacular, pity that the pool was not yet available but the facilities, the terrace , theme parquing everything to our taste and comfort, the house loved very spacious and comfortable , the compound super quiet and very pijo, and above all the communication with the host was 10 very attentive and kind , I responded to the minutes , I liked the truth , I would certainly repeat if I had the opportunity 👏🏻✨

Great stay, Nadine and Jean-Claude are welcoming, responsive, friendly. The accommodation is as advertised, the pretty garden pleasant and quiet. For those who bring their four-legged companions everything is well fenced, your pet will also have a pleasant stay. I recommend you have a good time.

My stay was just perfect. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, very clean, bright and tastefully decorated. The location is ideal, close to all amenities. I particularly enjoyed the terrace and the jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing after a busy day.

Second stay at Pauline's, we particularly appreciate the terrace and the outdoor kitchen, not overlooked, we enjoy each meal from cooking to the plancha. The air conditioning in the house is efficient, the rooms spacious. In short, we are well!

It was a pleasure to find and stay this apartment on the ground floor with gentle couple as an owner. All the windows have mosquito nets so we could keep the windows open with fresh air and no fear of mosquitos. Two bedrooms are big and mattress are good quality. The village is nice and it’s not far from the canal du midi, so it was a great location for us, who were cycling along the canal by bicycle.

Very pleasant stay in an ideal accommodation, all comforts or more. Close to the beach and the city. A very kind, friendly, welcoming, available host. Experience to repeat. I recommend it.

A Wonderful Stay in a Peaceful Nature Retreat We had an amazing time staying at this clean and cozy house located in a quiet, beautiful area surrounded by nature and birdsong. Every day was a pleasure for our family. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the jacuzzi, grilled delicious meals, played board games, and even had fun playing tennis at a nearby court. In the evenings, we relaxed with Netflix. The kitchen is well-equipped, and my wife loved cooking here—especially with the air fryer, which became an essential helper during our stay. There are lovely walking trails nearby, and the charming town of Carcassonne is just a short drive away. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the fresh, floral air in a truly peaceful setting.

We had a lovely weekend. The house is very large, original, 5 bedrooms so enough space for a diverse group of 10 (couples, singles). Very functional kitchen for us who like to cook. The house is located in a beautiful environment, walks possible without taking the car. Everything went well!

We are delighted with our stay with Claude and Gaël. The house is very pretty with views of the breathtaking snowy mountains. The house is in perfect condition, clean and welcoming. Everything is provided! It's super convenient! The little bonus gift waiting for you in the fridge is really perfect! We'll definitely be back!

A very well arranged wood construction, with a pleasant garden, a pétanque pitch, a terrace covered with canisses. the swimming pool is surrounded by a good sized wooden deck. 3 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Small downside for the sofa bed in the living room, the second part once unfolded is hard. there are 5 TVs in the home including the one in the gigantic living room! Enough to make everyone happy, especially when it rains! Apart from power outages due to heavy rain, the problem was resolved quickly, the accommodation is functional with its open kitchen, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher of good quality.

Spend a few days with my family in Bin's house and I can safely say that it could not be better, the house was impeccable clean,the kitchen with everything you need, the unsurpassed views but the best of the best is Bin's attention, the words do not exist to thank him everything, the fireplace was lit upon our arrival so we were very warm, I am waiting for us at the arrival of the village to welcome us and guide us, we asked Bin he was in the min to solve it, the children loved with the mountain hikes, in summer that river is a wonderful place to spend the day. I really felt at home, we spent the end of the year doing BBQ with a starry sky like I had never seen it. If what you are looking for is a cabin in a mountain to relax and admire the nature without a doubt Bin's house is the one indicated. Thank you very much Bin and your wife for being great hosts. Very well-equipped house. The neighborhood is quiet with everything you need nearby. The bedding was perfect. Very good stay.
