It's got everything you need, from a full size Bed, a TV, to a Kitchenette with an air fryer, Induction cook top, with Pots & Pans, Bbq grill, Refrigerator/Freezer, & Coffee maker! Also included a beanbag bed if you need a 4th bed. Just open it and unfold it into a bed. **Available on request a PAC N PLAY & highchair. This is a duplex style with no shared spaces. Private Guest Apartment on a quiet cul d' sac near downtown Montrose. Three houses from the green belt between established parks. Our guest cottage was built in 2022 and offers a 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) with closet, 1 bath with walk-in shower, cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, 50” Smart TV, internet and free Wifi, small kitchenette with table and 2 chairs, heat and air conditioning, We will be adding a covered front porch summer/spring 2024.
