Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. Outstanding views, top of the range exceptional accommodation. Ski, bike, walk, swim on the doorstep.Village location.You won't be disappointed. We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

This 4* chalet is bright and totally modern, has an open-plan layout on the ground floor and 3 cosy bedrooms upstairs. Spacious and independent chalet delivered in 2023 with original architecture. Summer and winter It gives very easy access (5 minutes) to the areas of Morzine and Avoriaz. A shuttle bus passes by in winter to take you to the skiing. Facing south, it is located in a small hamlet typical of Haute-Savoie. A large balcony and private terrace offer views of the surrounding mountains. Modern, well-equipped, it is very functional with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

There is a terrace where you can eat, a BBQ, a ping-pong table We offer waste sorting with 1 bin for plastics, 1 bin for glass, 1 compost. We don't accept pets in winter because it's too much maintenance (dirt due to snow) We lend out sleds and snowshoes.⛄️
