From the Ski Bus stop outside the front door, Lac Montriond only 5 minutes away and the added bonus of the Cave to store your skis, road or mountain bikes. You can be at the top of the mountain in as little as 10 minutes and enjoying a drink and dinner in Montriond centre in minutes. It’s the ideal place to ski, bike, hike or simply relax!

Brand new 1-bedroom appartment

This brand new apartment is situated a 4-minute walk from central Montriond where you'll find a wonderful grocery store, lively pub, ski shop and the bus stop to take you into Morzine or up to Ardent (access Avoriaz, Chatel etc) It has one bedroom and a spacious living area with a sofa bed in it. As you can see, there is a good sized well-stocked kitchen. There is one bedroom which can have twin beds or a king size bed in it. There is also a sofa bed in the living area.

The location of the apartment is wonderful - it is quiet and the nature is beautiful. Nevertheless, you can quickly reach the surrounding cities (e.g. Morzine, Les Gets) by car. The apartment itself was super clean and lovingly furnished. It was and equipped with everything you need. The beautiful terrace was perfect for a cozy breakfast or for sunbathing in the afternoon. Communication with Ingrid was very friendly and we got all the information we needed for a smooth stay.

Fantastic apartment, stayed here for 3 days with my son as we enjoyed the Avoriaz/Morzine area. We know the area well and this was the perfect pace to stay. Jonathan was excellent at communicating and making us feel welcome. Will definitely visit again

Our annual family ski trip was made even more special this year because we stayed at Vincent's apartment. We were met by Vincent and his wife upon arrival and shown around the apartment and given a quick 'how to' for a few bits. The apartment is exactly as described. The attention to detail, the quality of materials used, along with the quality of installation was really very special indeed and we could tell that this has been created with true passion. The location (5 mins from Morzine in the peaceful area) is perfect and we took full advantage of the beautiful walks just minutes from the door. We will definitely be back. Thank you Vincent.

We have just come back from a lovely week. Felt so at home - thank you Sarah for being such a good host . Makes such a difference when you hire a house which has all the bits you need (bin bags, sugar etc). It was perfectly situated to the ski bus - so getting to the first lift in the morning was so easy. Also you can grab fresh bread from the local supermarket etc. It was lovely having a bath for after skiing and really comfy beds. We walked into morzine 2 nights - such a lovely walk across the bridge. Highly recommend

Excellent stay, convenient location. 20 min walk to the lifts or bottom of car park free bus that around every 20 mins to save walking. Ski locker convenient too. Thank you so much!
