Excellent stay in this clean, very nice and well-decorated apartment. Ideal location in the city centre for walking and free public transport on weekends. The underground car park is convenient in an area where parking is difficult. Excellent contact with Julie to facilitate our access. The 4 floors without a lift make you exercise. We'll come back

I highly recommend this apartment, it is very well located. The apartment is in the historic centre and close to the tram.

Laurent's accommodation is smaller and less flashy than it appears in the photos but it is nonetheless very pleasant, in a residence overlooking an inner courtyard and in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed having our breakfasts on the balcony. There are many small shops nearby to delight the taste buds. Transport is also very close, but in any case it is possible to walk to the city centre or to the machines of the island. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

We had a great night. Perfect bedding, clean and modern accommodation. Ideal location, we parked the car at Tour de Bretagne which is very close to the accommodation and then everything is done on foot. We'll be happy to go back

Pleasant and clean house with spacious rooms. The terrace deserves a warmer layout. Despite the beautiful weather during our stay, we were unable to use the garden furniture that had been outside all winter and not cleaned for our stay.

What a finding this was! The place is even more beautiful than the photos! Jordane and Stephane were just the most amazing hosts and the attention to detail in the house was just incredible. The house was probably the most well equipped property we have ever stayed in and the hosts provide lots of little extras which was so helpful. We have fallen in love with the place and we are sure to go back for a longer period. Our only problem was that we were there for two nights and we wished we could have stayed forever!! Regulars of Airbnb weekends with friends, this is one of the best places we've ever stayed. Jean is a welcoming and considerate host. Everything is provided to make you feel at home: beds made (impeccable bedding), towels available + for the pool, all the little necessities for daily life. The house has a crazy character, just like the outside, whether it's raining or sunny. We hope to return one day, Thank you Jean.

I called Sophie at 5 pm for the same evening and everything was ready for my arrival at 7 pm, a big thank you for her responsiveness and availability. Regarding the apartment, everything was impeccable. You can go there with your eyes closed, a big thank you!
