You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Stopover on the banks of the Loire

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

La Maison Bonheur is located on the classified banks of the Loire where the view is breathtaking. ideally located 5 km from the city of Ancenis, between Angers and Nantes. It has just been completely renovated by an architect and an interior designer who have created a real ultra-equipped cocoon for us. Two magnificent terraces: one on the Loire and the other on the countryside that is lost on the horizon. The local walks are exceptional.

The apartment, refurbished in 2018, is located in the historic center of Cholet. You can take full advantage of the many nearby shops. A quality mattress, a soft duvet and Percale sheets await you in the room. In the living room, an equipped kitchen with a large table, a beautiful desk and a lounge area according to your wishes. Soft towels in the bathroom. Couples or business travelers, this apartment has been designed for you.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
