We had a pleasant stay. Thank you to Tony for his warm welcome. The villa was very well equipped, exactly as in the pictures. It is a private and quiet place, quite ideal for families. Not very far from the city center so accessible to quite a few restaurants and activities. We recommend it to everyone!

We had a great time in this house! It is perfectly suited for families with children: practical, well thought out, and very pleasant to live in. Special mention for the bedding, worthy of a luxury hotel — a real treat after busy days. Everything was in place for a great weekend. Very pleasant stay, the house is carefully arranged and comfortable, good location on the banks of the Loire in a quiet and relaxing corner of nature. Sébastien was there to welcome us, always available when needed. Very nice, we regret not having had more time to get to know each other!

Very nice welcome from Christine who, having been unable to make herself available to welcome us, had prepared the stove: all that was left was to light the match! The accommodation is clean, functional, warm and spacious: perfect for taking a break, whatever the weather. We also took advantage of our stay at Christine's to go to Puy du Fou, located 25 minutes from the accommodation. The exchanges with Christine are warm and jovial, thanks again for everything!

The courtyard view of the room is very pleasant and provides a quiet environment for sleeping. The bedding is of good quality. The kitchen area is functional. Basic food is available, which is very pleasant after a long trip. I highly recommend Laure and Julien's accommodation. I look forward to returning to your accommodation if I have to come back to Angers.

Cedric is a very welcoming and responsive host. The accommodation is very pleasant and well-equipped. With a very loaded vehicle, we appreciated the proximity of a guarded car park for the modest sum of €3 per night. The apartment is located on a very busy avenue but the bedroom that overlooks the heart is very quiet. We made all our trips on foot from the apartment. We will be happy to come back the next time we visit Angers.

We had a lovely stay. We had come to spend New Year's Day with our friends and sincerely felt at home. There was everything we needed to cook, we enjoyed the very comfortable accommodation. Everything was great. The house is a little in its juice but we love it … a hidden as we love, a family home and it's nice! Thank you again for hosting us, we'll be happy to come back.

Very nice place, with large, well-equipped rooms. We had a lovely weekend. The place is ideal for a small party with family or friends. At night, we saw a magnificent starry sky, given the low light pollution in the area. Cédric is very responsive and accommodating.

We had a great weekend with friends at David's. The village in which the house is located is charming and peaceful, in the heart of the vineyards. The house is very nice and tastefully decorated. We felt very good there. We enjoyed this authentic environment, away from the impersonal rentals that we can sometimes meet. We would definitely recommend this listing.

Beautiful property with a responsive and friendly host! We were there to celebrate an engagement with a small party and we did not want to leave. It was relaxing and perfect for hosting. A little bit of a journey to the centre, but taxis and buses were regular and easy to access. There were lots of additional services available at a charge. Thank you Amelie!
