Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Montreal

The Hosts were wonderful and helpful! I loved the apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable!! If I visit Montreal again, I would stay in this apartment again!!!!

Absolutely loved our time here! Definitely worth the price for the location, amenities, and the stay as a whole. The best of a hotel and AirBnb in one place, with a helpful and responsive support team. The room itself was spacious and modern but we felt very at home as soon as we checked in. Everything was clean and orderly and easy to find and all appliances worked great. Could not recommend this location more, or any Sonder if it is anything like this one we stayed at. Thanks to the Sonder team for a great experience!

The place was great and comfortable. The only issue is the very squeaky floors but I guess that's expected for an older building. There are also no washrooms on the upper floor so we had to go downstairs which was hard with children but for adults it should be fine.

Kim’s place is just wonderful with a peaceful environment, accessible to public transportation, and easy to get into and around. The place is very clean and the amenities are just as described in the listing.

Spotlessly clean, well appointed and surprisingly spacious living areas. Close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops in a vibrant neighbourhood. Close to metro. And yet quiet of an evening. Responsive host. Loved it.

My partner and I had an amazing time at Jeremy’s! It was our first time in Montreal and wanted to find a place that was affordable, near a metro station, and safe. Jeremy’s was exactly that! This basement unit kept us cool from the heat and had everything we need (e.g. kettle, pans, baking sheets, seasoning, toaster, etc.). We didn’t rent a car but there were lots of street parking available. The neighbourhood was beautiful. Lot’s of interesting houses to see and we felt very safe walking around at night! The suite is only about a 13 minute walk from the station which was perfect. Some things to note is that the stairs down to the unit can be quite steep if you have any mobility issues or if you’re carrying anything extremely heavy. That being said, we didn’t have any issues getting in or out. Jeremy was extremely kind, responsive, flexible and easy to work with. Thank you so Jeremy, see you next time when we are back in Montreal!😊

Exceeded our expectations!

It was an excellent place to stay for my first visit to Montreal. The distance from downtown was actually perfect — it allowed me to rest well when I needed to, but also easily go out and enjoy the city.

Rochena is very warm and considerate, communication and response are quick, the room and pictures are exactly the same, clean and comfortable, and the details are thoughtful.Convenient location, quiet and safe surroundings, as cozy as home.I will choose this place again for my next trip, and I highly recommend it to other guests!

We had a fantastic stay at Minh’s place! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room and thoughtful touches that made traveling with a family so much easier. The location was great, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Check-in was simple, and the host was responsive and kind throughout. We especially appreciated the small touches that were added such as towels, kitchen items, etc. I highly recommend this spot for families. I would stay here again!

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Nabil was probably one of the best hosts we have encountered amongst Airbnb owners. Extremely responsive, helpful with local suggestions, communication and more. He covers all the details so you don't have to. If you are staying in the Montreal area, you should consider staying here if the space meets your needs. Local transportation was good too. We spent most of our time at the space in the outdoor patio and covered area. The Metro was at the end of the block.

Loved our stay here! A great location for exploring the Mile End neighborhood and Mont-Royal neighborhoods! Walking distance to the metro and Saint Laurent street for shopping. The apt is easy to get into and the master suite downstairs was cozy. Loved all the mirrors in the bathroom and the full length mirror especially since we had a wedding we were getting ready for! Bed was nice and firm and shower pressure was amazing! We enjoyed Bar Henrietta, Butterblume, BIG Japan Bar, Myriad Coffee, Dispatch Coffee, Cafe Pista, Larrys, and many more spots! Def check out the Bota Bota spa too! The art on the walls - as others have said - is more sexual in nature, just fyi if traveling with kids. Host was kind and responsive and we really enjoyed the location of this airbnb. The click and park lot is close by and affordable and was a great place to park the car all weekend while we used the metro to get around.

Easy walkable access to anywhere in the city. Clean quiet and private condo. Never heard any traffic even though in the city. Updated condo and Chris was in constant communication making sure we had everything we needed. A great first trip to Montreal for the weekend!

Our family of four had a great stay at Jason’s place. The property was spacious and clean. The sauna was a nice bonus! We paid for the parking spot associated with the unit, which was helpful for our needs, but also noticed that even on a busy weekend, parking on the street was easily available. Jason was very accommodating, responsive and easy to communicate with. We would happily stay at Drolet the next time we are in Montreal.

This apartment is in a great location for exploring one on Montreal’s great neighbourhoods and enjoying a wide selection of nearby restaurants, bars, and attractions. It was surprisingly quiet, well-appointed and comfortable, with easy access to affordable paid parking. The host was very responsive and dealt with a maintenance issue efficiently. Nice accommodation, clean and well located. A little noisy

We had a fantastic stay at Jing's place. It's in a very walkable and transit-friendly location (just minutes from the Metro), with lots of restaurants and bars right outside the door (but thankfully that you can't hear from inside!). The whole apartment was really well appointed and very clean. We'd love to come back!

Perfect condo for someone who wants to be in downtown and not rent a car. You can walk everywhere. I stayed solo for just a few days. Small basic condo with everything you need for a short getaway. There were some minor maintenance items I noted to the owner, otherwise everything was great. If you travel in summer - bring a sleeping mask. There are no blackout curtains and without a mask you’ll be awake at 5:30 if you are a light sleeper. It can get noisy some nights, but this is a pay for being in downtown. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive.

Amazing location across from the park. Walking distance to Mont Royal with many stores and restaurants, and also the Metro station. We really got a feel for the pulse of the city and were able to enjoy many of the summer festivals and activies.

Comfortable stay for 2 parents and a baby. Owner was responsive even with a minor inconvenience we encountered. Good shawarma next door.
