One PARKING spot is included. The apartment is the only apartment on the first/main/ground floor of a 4-storey building. It has a “bungalow” style. The layout: 1 bedroom is at the front of the apartment, followed by the dining, kitchen and living room area. The other 3 bedrooms are at the back.
