L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

There is plenty to do visiting local restaurants and markets, quaint villages, historic sites or enjoying a day on a nearby Mediterranean beach. The village has interesting cycling and walking on its doorstep with many local vineyards for wine tasting

Ce logement entier et de plain pied se trouve près du centre du village, lequel se trouve au bord du Canal du Midi. L'accès donne sur une cour privée. Les commerces (Boulangerie, Tabac, Poste et Superette) se trouvent à 2 minutes. Argeliers est proche de Narbonne, Plages et Carcassonne. Vous apprécierez notre logement pour le confort (frigo, congélateur, micro-ondes et lave-vaiselle). Notez que ce logement est à 100% autonome donc SANS repas. Logement limité à deux adultes SANS ENFANTS.

Gîte de 45 m2 avec cour privative clôturée, vous pourrez y garer votre voiture tout en ayant la place de manger en extérieur. Vous trouverez calme et sérénité dans ce logement cocooning. Ce dernier est placé au fond du jardin, vous pourrez prendre votre petit déjeuner accompagné du chants des oiseaux et des cigales. Vous trouverez toujours quelques choses a faire dans ce petit coin de paradis..... Selon certaines conditions, vous pourrez profiter de la piscine familiale quelques heures/sem
