hello, Benoît and Sandra's apartment is perfect for a long stay. Very accommodating. We didn't miss anything. Thank you very much for your welcome gift. A small message for travelers with animals: to respect the premises, remove the carpets and the 3 decorations under the TV. This is what we did as a precaution despite the wisdom of our animals. They may take revenge if you leave them alone. Perfect for 4 people and a baby. The land behind and in front is not fenced to walk our dogs while picking up their waste. Private garage and secure location in front of the house. I highly recommend the Gervaisien apartment. Sandra runs a grocery store in the village and will welcome you with a big smile. We were only there for one day and it was the perfect spot, very spacious and clean, in the centre of this cute little town. It’d be great for a longer stay. Just downstairs and around the corner is the main road with all the shops and restaurants. We see no other reviews with a responsiveness issue, so we just got unlucky; we’d agreed on a 2:30pm check-in upon booking, we messaged the host the day of check-in at 9:30am to touch base, and she only replied an hour before check-in to inform us it wasn’t available until 3:30pm instead. We only had one day there and it caused us to rush through exploring one of the two castles we had planned on seeing. If you need a place to store your bags before the unit is available, take note it’s on the first floor in a communal space under the stairs to go up to the unit. It’s a very safe town but we just didn’t want to risk it so we put them on the staircase leading to the unit (3rd floor). Also FYI - The spiral staircase is very steep and narrow.

We loved the location. It was walkable to everything in Amboise yet in a quiet location. We also liked having room for our family of 4 to spread out. It was also a great value for the money. But the best thing was Coralie! She was so helpful beyond our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast items waiting for us when we checked in. We would love to stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

La Quintessence was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend in Amboise. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with everything you could need to use. Sophie is a great host, with a long list of great recommendations which made the weekend easy and enjoyable. I would definitely come back!

Our 2 nights in Blois we made extra special with our stay at this AirBnb. Perfect location a block or 2 away from all the restaurants, shopping and chateau’s. Plenty of amenities and everything was exactly as listed. It was lovely to have coffee in the morning on the cute patio while we planned our day. Thanks again Eddy. Note: if you are driving, the parking spot for this AirBnb courtyard is little. Large cars or SUV’s will need to find street parking. That being said our mid-sized rental fit and it was nice to park secure behind a locked gate.

Everything about this place was exactly what we were looking for. Steps away from all the restaurants. Communication with Da was great. The place was very clean and had everything we were looking for. If you are staying in Amboise this is the place to stay.

Perfectly located, a few steps from all amenities, this accommodation is both comfortable, bright, quiet, spacious, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. It corresponds in every way to the photos and has everything you need to comfortably accommodate four adults. Parking nearby was easy to find. We would definitely recommend this listing.

Staying at Corinne's is to enjoy an ideal location to shine in all the key places in Touraine, but it is also to enjoy a very well appointed house, with taste and where everything has been thought out. We did not lack anything, Corinne is very attentive, full of small touches and does not lack advice and recommendations. We would highly recommend!

Thank you for a great stay! Your home was immaculate and we enjoyed all the art work and all the amenities of home. It was a very hot week with moderate heat warnings and that means with no ac the bedrooms on the second and third floors were quite warm. We appreciated the fans that were available to us. Allow he information we needed was given beforehand and also left in a very helpful house manual. We enjoyed the local recommendations and clear details about everything we could possibly have thought to ask about We would stay again and wish we were back now!

It was wonderful to stay in a home connected to the history of the Loire area and its architecture. We loved the elegant, tall windows, the high ceilings, the wide hallways, the fire places, the lovely lounge and dining rooms, the views of the climbing roses from the bedrooms along the back side of the house, the spacious, main bedroom and the large garden with it comfortable furniture. We ate outside and enjoyed the garden. The kitchen is pretty but a little narrow for a couple of people to work in there at the same time. It is well equiped, with everything you need to prepare meals. The main bathroom is spacious. The second bathroom is bath only with shower attachment in the bath. It was fine for us. The house is decorated with soft, pastel wall paper and is quite sparse in its decoration which I loved because I could enjoy the structures of the home without them being hidden by too much decoration. We loved our stay and would stay again. Carol also kindly looked after us.

We had a great weekend with friends at Aurélien's. The house is spacious, very well equipped, nice, and has everything you could need on holiday or for a weekend. The bedding is comfortable and clean, there are plenty of games for children, enough to read and play, in short, perfect! Aurélien is very attentive and responsive, as well as very flexible. The location is well lost as it should be in the countryside for total disconnection, with Loire castles nearby. Recommended!

Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!

Very nice welcome and very nice apartment. A gigantic terrace that is very pleasant in the afternoon. Everything is very relaxing and reassuring. Another positive point, the accommodation is very close to the train station and shuttles.
