Nuestro luminoso apartamento de 120 m² tiene capacidad para hasta 11 huéspedes y es ideal para familias y grupos de amigos que desean disfrutar de Barcelona juntos. Está situado frente a la estación de metro Paral·lel y a pocos minutos a pie de Las Ramblas, el Puerto y Montjuïc. Dispone de 4 amplios dormitorios, una sala de estar, cocina y 2 baños completos con bañera y ducha. Tanto el salón como los dormitorios tienen balcones con vistas a la ciudad, que aportan abundante luz natural y permiten disfrutar del ambiente urbano de Barcelona. La distribución del apartamento incluye 3 dormitorios con 2 camas individuales, un dormitorio con 2 camas dobles y un sofá cama doble en el salón. Bajo petición, las camas individuales pueden prepararse como camas dobles extragrandes. También es posible solicitar una cama extra o una cuna. El apartamento cuenta con aire acondicionado, calefacción, sistema de purificación del aire, Wi-Fi gratuito y televisión con canales internacionales. La cocina está totalmente equipada y dispone de mesa y sillas para comer, además de un balcón con lavadora, secadora y cubos de reciclaje. Las ventanas de doble acristalamiento ayudan a mejorar el aislamiento. Al encontrarse en una zona céntrica, animada y con tráfico, puede percibirse el ambiente propio de la ciudad. Ideal for solo travellers or couples, the light modern interior features iconic design furniture, while the little balcony offers park views up towards Montjuïc hill. There are two bedrooms with one 140cm * 200cm bed each. These bedrooms are separated by a slidding wood wall. They share the lounge area with a small sofa, two airmchairs, a flatscreen TV and pleanty of storage space. There is a dining area with a huge dinning table and the kitchen is equipped for cooking, including fridge freezer, oven, vitro-hob, BOSCH washing machine dryer combo, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave. The bathroom has a shower big enough for two and is complete with towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer. THE APT. INCLUDES: Hot/cold AC, Samsung Smart TV with USB ports/HDMI cable, WIFI internet, ironing equipment. PLEASE NOTE: Check-in after 23.00h has a 20€ surcharge. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.
