A small kitchen is available for you to have your meals if you wish (small breakfast not provided), as well as a shower room with toilet, a pellet stove for heating.

Gîte la Louisiane, created in 2015 in a modern American style with high-end comfort, the cottage is independent of the owner's house, it is located in front of the lake at the entrance of the property, bordered by lake and river in a heavenly area not far from shops, trails to walk or bike in the Normandy countryside not far from the sea, many activities are offered nearby, the owner of the cottage offers sea fishing, spearfishing, walk in the Dominican forest.

The studio: - The seating area: sofa bed (140cm x 200cm), connected led TV, ceiling equipped with an led headband and a built-in Bluetooth speaker. - The kitchenette: oven, double hob, microwave, fridge, Senseo coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker. Complete dishwashing service and kitchen utensils (pans, pots...). The bathroom: Italian shower, dressing room and towel dryer. Sheet, blanket, pillows, bath towel provided.
