House holiday rentals in Monti Sibillini

We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

We had a wonderful stay; they were there to greet us. The place was clean quiet and comfortable. The view was wonderful.

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

We had wonderful days, a lovely cottage with beautiful views, wonderful pool. Delicious homemade bread, pizzas and of course wine! We were with 2 kids who had more than fun with all the games and table tennis and foosball. Everything has been taken care of to the last detail, super sweet people and incredibly attentive! We'd love to visit again

Amelia and Kevin were very discreet, but they were still in their place if we needed them. The house is wonderful, very nice, clean. There is everything, the kitchen is super equipped, very high quality pots, kitchen robots, glasses and glasses of all kinds. They left us fresh bread, milk, and other things. Also given the temperatures I had asked for fresh water when we arrived and we were satisfied. The rooms are all beautiful, very comfortable beds. The living room with the home teather is an added value. The beautiful infinity pool, lights that create an atmosphere. In short, the photos reflect the reality, on the contrary, being there is even better. If you need to get away from the chaos this place is for you... at night you can't hear a single noise. Thanks to Amalia and Kevin, always smiling and kind. I hope to be back!

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Adele is the best host we have had in our history of AirBNBing. She helped us when we got stranded, she was proactive with her communications, and extremely friendly. She is an angel, and we truly enjoyed staying at her property. The property itself was gorgeous, spacious, with stunning views, super clean, and had more than required amenities. Overall, we loved our stay and we would return to Adele 100% given another chance. THANK YOU!

The house is gorgeous, extremely comfortable and welcoming but not fussy or cluttered. Spotless, with high quality linens and tasteful furniture/decor. The kitchen is better than the pictures show, and we cooked quite a bit during our stay. The bedrooms were perfect for us, my sister had the upstairs suite and I had the queen bedroom next to my two daughters in two twin beds. The grounds are stunning. We were too early in the season to use the pool, but the hillside, valley, and olive trees were straight out of a storybook. We were all sad to leave!

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Beautiful farmhouse to say the least! Equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning to every possible kitchen utensil, not to mention the extra amenities provided in each bathroom or inside the laundry area. Original, modern, refined and elegant decor. Dream outdoor space! Amazing views, an entire orchard with 100% organic products at our complete disposal. Vincenzo is a discreet and private host but always present and available as needed. Your tips on activities, restaurants, and places to visit nearby are very much appreciated. Upon our arrival, he greeted us with a bottle of a local cellar and excellent Abruzzo oil. Our Golden Retriever loved the outdoor space, super manicured garden, and breathtaking 360º views, sunrise, and spectacular sunsets. Perfect solution for those who escape the chaos of the city and look for a stay of total relaxation. It would just be missing a nice pool then it would be the dream home! We will definitely be back!

Our stay at the Limonaia exceeded all expectations!!! It is an incredibly beautiful home with a gorgeous view and in a great location. There are tons of amenities and the house is very comfortable. Francesca was the kindest, most responsive host, attentive to every possible need and question that we had. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Francesca!!!

Absolutely positive experience to be repeated, enchanting place for tranquility and for long walks immersed in nature together with our two furry friends welcomed in the property without any problem. The host is very kind and helpful, the property is really very nice, the accommodation is very clean and equipped with many comforts and the presence of an impeccable swimming pool makes the stay even more pleasant, especially in the warmer periods. We had a really great time and I sincerely thank Mrs Maddalena for the welcome and for the sweet thought she left for us on our arrival.

Very kind hosts, Eleonora's parents waited for us to accompany us to the house until 9.30 pm, as we had a breakdown in our car on the way. The cottage is very cute, equipped with everything. A nice bathroom with a comfortable shower, lots of windows, air conditioning (we didn't need it, in the evening we put on a sweatshirt). So much nature around, butterflies, fireflies, one evening we caught a glimpse of a doe. You can reach places to visit in a more than reasonable time. I recommend the wonderful Campo Imperatore plateau, which will leave you breathless. In the village, supermarkets and everything you need, including excellent restaurants. One evening, when we returned, we found delicious fruit from their trees and typical sweets on the outdoor table. A very kind and much appreciated thought. Communication with Eleonora was excellent, she responded almost in real time. When we return to Abruzzo, we will choose Casa Cinill again. Thank you so much

We felt very comfortable here. Our hosts were very nice, helpful, open-minded, hospitable, familiar and sociable. It was a good starting point for activities. We received a lot of tips from Federica and Roberto. We had a cozy home with our own terrace and a shady car parking space. We highly recommend staying here.

pleasant stay, excellent welcome. Giulia, the hostess, was present and helpful. She recommended places to visit and places to eat (which we followed and were very satisfied with). Giulia was very present in the communication exchanges by message and clear in specifying issues that initially seemed unclear (such as separate waste collection).

Tina was always helpful and responsive. She made us feel at home with tips about the area. The apartment is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, great for those looking for support for activities around. Highly recommended

Wonderful place, felt very welcome!

We stayed on the weekend of 2 June, the accommodation was clean, comfortable beds, super helpful Host and apartment equipped with everything!

Adelaide’s place is very peaceful -- you can hear the birds chirping in the garden and there's a comfortable hammock a few steps from the front door and an outdoor shower nearby -- and yet it's only a few minutes from Atigliano. Important for me: Adelaide is a dog lover and was very kind and helpful with my dog, Mocha. The only small drawback is that the indoor shower is tiny. I'm tall with an average build and could hardly fit in it. But the lovely outdoor shower (which provides privacy) made up for it and is a treat on a hot day.

Sara and Salvatore's place is a jewel with every detail. We really appreciated all the little attention given to their guests. The view is incredible and has priceless tranquility. Hosts are available. We hope to be back very soon!

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

Lovely apartment in a quiet little village just a few minutes away from the motorway. We used it as a break between Ravenna and Naples but had we known that it was such a nice place we would have spent two nights here and explored the area.
