Quiet and sunny villa

Very private house in a quiet area at the foot of Montgó with a 13.5x4.5 meter pool and Jacuzzi. Sunny all day with a south-facing orientation. A 2-minute walk to a private clinic, supermarket, cafeteria and restaurants. A 3-minute drive to the Golf Course. It has 3 bedrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. The living room and two of the bedrooms have access to the porch overlooking the pool and landscape. The whole house has air conditioning and heating.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

We planned our entire trip to Spain around this Airbnb, and it did not disappoint. If I could give this 11 or 12 stars, I would. We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and this one has been our favorite. The location absolutely cannot be beat. The rooms were comfortable and the views were truly amazing! Communication with the owners was seamless! I hope we will be able to return someday soon!

Dream villa in Javea with heated swimming pool

We spent four weeks in March in Anne´s house and even if the weather was cooler than normally we enjoyed the pool and garden area with terrace, they were really beautiful and well maintained. The glass terrace inside was also our favourite. The house is big but homely. This house is not an impersonal apartment, it really is a home and feels like it. Everything was as in pictures. The neibourghood is quiet, safe and very nice. You need a car to get around. We were greeted by Javier who was most helpful and quick to attend to any questions we had.

Great place to stay. The kitchen both inside and outside are super well stocked with glassware and pans and all sorts of things that make you feel like you’re at home rather than renting. The location is very nice, theres some very nice walks around and the grounds of the house are very enjoyable.

The best hosts you could wish for! We were very lucky to stay with a very loving host couple - and what can we say? It was just perfect. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival with a lovely welcome gesture: wine, snacks and even treats for our dog - including a feeding bowl! The accommodation itself is furnished with incredible taste and attention to detail. There is really nothing missing: from coffee amenities (even with cookies!) to small extras that make the stay special. The hosts not only provided comfort, but also provided us with a small program of activities and restaurant tips nearby – super helpful and personally compiled. The location is fantastic: quiet, with wonderful views, close to charming villages, small shops and the beach. Great for hiking too. These two people are the epitome of hospitality.

Delighted with our stay. The reception by them has been very good, with glasses of cava included and an initial briefing. The villa is even better than in the photos. Each corner of the house keeps a special charm. I take care of every last detail. Everything was very clean and modern. It should be noted that the exterior is shared. It is divided into different casitas or rooms, in case there can be confusion before hiring. However this has not been a problem because there is a lot of tranquility and intimacy. We would definitely love to come back and repeat experience!!!
