Very nice new duplex apartment, luxury chalet style, very sunny, magnificent mountain views, with a surface area of 100 m2, located in the village of Montgenèvre. If there is enough snow, access by skis at the back of the residence for experienced skiers, free shuttle at the foot of the residence. The accommodation is very well located, 5 minutes walk to all the shops and amenities of the resort too. The duplex includes 4 real bedrooms with windows and 10 real beds.
