A beautiful place. The accommodation is very good, as in the photos. The pool is large, clean... a joy! Very good mattress. Kitchen with everything you need. A great welcome with all the explanations, rosé and water. Thank you Philippe. Two issues: - the loud noise of the road just below. - wifi … it's better to assume that there isn't any. Great place, my family and I stayed over for two nights and had a blast. The place was cozy, decorated with taste, clean and very relaxing. The house had all the advertised amenities and was perfect for our family with young kids. Céline was very responsive and available for anything we needed. we totally recommend the stay.

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

We were returning to Carces for a wedding and the location of the house perfectly matched what we were looking for. The accommodation is fully compliant with the description and impeccably clean. Access to the pool was a plus during this very hot weekend. Very nice view of the village of Carces and quiet.

Our family had the most special and memorable vacation in this lovely and quaint home! It was set up perfectly for us and the surroundings just breathtaking. Natalie was a super host and also a wonderful massage therapist! She was very helpful in our planning and always available. We miss it already and enjoyed every moment.

Olivier’s villa was absolutely beautiful and even better in real life. The villa was absolutely stunning and well equipped for 8 of us. The outdoor space was amazing with the seating and dining areas as well as the pool. The villa was very close to Saint Tropez (around 15 mins by car) and was in a peaceful secluded spot. Olivier was very fast at replying to any requests. I can’t wait to visit again!

Great stay at this villa! Sabrina remained available throughout the stay for our questions. Very nice house, very nice. The house is located 15 minutes' walk from the city centre of Bormes (on a slope). The house is in a private cul-de-sac so we really enjoyed the quiet! To rent this house with small children, you have to keep in mind that it is not very suitable. Steps everywhere, no roller shutter for the pool (an alarm on the other hand is in place). We would highly recommend it!

Simon and Katya where amazing hosts. Very friendly and always available if needed. Checkin was super easy and smooth. The pictures did not do the place justice, it was much nicer in person. Very clean and comfortable. The home was well equipped with the basics needed. Location was ideal just 15 minutes from st tropez and 15 minutes to the beach’s yet the home was quiet and peaceful with nature. I would highly recommend staying here. Easley a 10/10 experience.

We enjoyed the stay very much, we loved the pool, the location and the beautiful apartment.

This was exactly the kind of holiday stay we were looking for. The heated pool made it possible to comfotably swim in April. The pool is beautiful, as is the garden; it’s really lovely to sit in. It also has a ping-pong table and a jeux-de-boulle court. The house is small, a but like a spacious motorhome - but, it is very well equiped and tastefully decorated. We especially appreciated the espressomachine and the filtered water tab. We can highly recommend it. Peaceful environment, close to highway, very nice hosts.

A beautiful house in a good location, a short (but steep) walk away from Cotignac. We were welcomed in person by Véronique’s in-laws who showed us around the house. Véronique and Christophe were very responsive, even when we had an issue with malfunctioning electrics in the middle of the night. The place was very clean and freshly painted. The outdoor spaces are great for outside dining. The road is close to the house but there isn’t a lot of traffic so it doesn’t bother at night but need to be cautious with small children. The ventilation in the house could be improved to avoid a musty smell and poor air quality, especially in the second floor bedrooms.

Thank you, dear Anne and Nicolas, our week with you was wonderful: the tranquility and the view, the direct neighborhood to Forcalquier and Mane (Salagon, Musée et Jardins!). We were able to start our hikes directly from the house. Highly recommended.

We have had a wonderful stay in this charming, quietly located holiday cottage. We received a super welcome by the lovely Fréderique and everything is exactly as described. The reviews don't lie when they say that everything there radiates such peace. In the morning, having breakfast under the beautiful old lime tree with only the singing of the birds gives nothing but positive energy! Top location also for making beautiful bike rides from there. Thanks also to Pascale for the many good tips! The effort to come back again!

An absolute insider tip – perfect for those seeking peace and quiet and animal lovers! The place was just great! We were incredibly warmly welcomed upon arrival – so friendly and accommodating that you immediately feel at home. It was particularly nice how animal-loving the hosts are – our dog was not only allowed, but really welcome. Unfortunately, this is no longer a matter of course. What makes this accommodation truly special is the privacy: absolute peace, no prying eyes, just a place to breathe and unwind. Everything was very clean, lovingly furnished and with many small details that made the stay unforgettable. We will definitely come back – a real little paradise!

Patricia place was the perfect Provence getaway for our small family (two adults and two kids). The location and view are astounding and the house and the interior is impeccable. We felt totally relaxed from the second we arrived. Patricias place is very private and quiet, but you can easily in the morning walk down the hill to the local bakery in 15 minutes. There are a few very cute restaurants in the local village, and you can easily reach Cotignac in 15 min by car for great dining. The pool was perfect for many dips during the hot summer days (we visited during a heat wave in Jul/Aug). Thank you Patricia for making us feel so welcomed from the second we arrived, and for the local recommendations and restaurant booking. We really hope to visit your lovely place again!

Delighted by this week of vacation spent in the spacious, well-equipped and warm accommodation offered by Francine and Emmanuel. The calm and beautiful setting of their home is undoubtedly what we will remember from our stay. Their warm welcome at check-in and check-out and their discretion during the stay as well. The evenings are sweet and pleasant and the living is good at the Villa des Roses. Ideal for completely disconnecting. A property to remember and recommend without a second thought.
