Giancarlo’s place in Tuscany is a gem with incredible views a comfortable home and great access to the surroundings which are special and unique! Would recommend renting a car to visit the area.

Friendly hosts with clean room toilet and kitchen. View was amazingly beautiful.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

Luciana and her husband were very nice from the start, and came to greet us in the parking lot to present themselves and take us to the apartment. everything in the apartment was perfect and very clean and organized. very comfortable, quiet and has a nice view from the terrace. nothing to complain, perfect!

Chiara was an amazing host and the apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Can only recommend to any couple or small family wanting to be close to the old town but still at the peaceful and quiet outskirts

We were able to spend 3 nights in the Villa xavante. Right at the beginning, we were lovingly greeted by the hostess and she asked us to use everything, such as the pool, the huge terrace and the wonderful garden. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and has everything you need, of high quality. The kitchen invites you to cook. The house is surrounded by mountains, forests and streams. You have a lot of peace and can enjoy the stars wonderfully in the open sky. We were able to relax well and felt very comfortable. We will be happy to come back. K&J

We really enjoyed our stay at this really unique accommodation. It is located in a medieval village, high on a hill. The apartment is compact, but has everything you need. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Malgorzata was a great host and very responsive when we had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Lucio the host was very friendly, easy to communicate and accommodated all of our needs. He recommended us great places to eat, drink and points of interest to visit. If we ever needed anything, he was so quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who visits. Everything is walking distance. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated touches like fresh towels and the equipped kitchen. Our host Roberto was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. He made check-in seamless. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. Super apartment in a prime location in the centre of Piombino. Edoardo is a young enthusiastic host, and can give you many tips. He also rents out boats, for example, to sail to Elba. We are quite critical, but even after a stay of 7 nights no negative things to report about the apartment, Edoardo or Piombino. People who love a balcony, terrace or garden should look a little further. Because this apartment doesn't have that, we knew that of course). We would go again in a heartbeat!

Stayed here 6 days and used as a base to see Florence, Sienna, Pienza, vineyards. Amazing. Returning to this apartment felt like home. Comfortable. Montepulciano was perfect. The view from this apartment is like a painting, as good if not better than the photos. Parking #6 was close and was manageable. The decor is eclectic but feels authentic...not too refined like many Airbnb's....just very comfortable. Very spacious. Easy for a family or three couples. Highly recommend! I would certainly rent this apartment again without hesitation. Great value.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Elias's place. The apartment is large, comfortable and has all the amenities you would need. The location is great, easy parking, close to the grocery store, local bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk into the historic centre of Montepulciano. Elias is very friendly, communicative and had great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants etc. in town. We would be more than happy to visit again!
