clean, spacious apartment. check in was easy and just a quick drive to montalcino. A great base for exploring tuscany.

Wonderful place to stay in Pienza. Gorgeous little town in the rolling hills of Tuscany. Host is fantastic too. We had an issue with the front door that they were very quick to fix for us. Would highly recommend if you are going thru Tuscany!

Very clean Airbnb, the host left us with a bottle of wine and brownies for our arrival which was very thoughtful. The Tuscan views from the bnb was very nice.

Lovely stay with stunning views of the valley. The room was clean and bed very comfortable, you can see Elena knows how to make sure all the little details are thought of to make your stay exceptional. A nice touch is there are fresh delicious baked goods in the shared kitchen each day of the 5 days we were there. A well deserved 5 stars!

The house is a little corner of paradise, where you can be lulled by nature. Every detail is taken care of, without being pretentious. Leone is an attentive host who makes you feel at home. Very gelatineous, but not sliced, with an uncommon touch that denotes a rare human depth. Ideal for those who need to unwind, for those who are in love with life. For those looking for the real and good things. Dining at sunset in the garden of the Costa delle Capanne is an experience that we will never forget. And that's worth any 3 Michelin stars. Most GORGEOUS location, the view is exactly what it is and the cottage area is so cute. We were here for a wedding in a Cortona and it was the perfect setting. Definitely need a car for this area as well. Alessandra is very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend having breakfast or a meal outside to admire the view. There are bugs around but as goes for most of this region during the summer so highly recommend bug spray if you walk around outside. Our only note is the musty sheets but perhaps it was a quick change after the last guests.

Genuinely a secret little heaven, I cant recommend staying here more! Monticchiello is so beautiful and peaceful and their place is just perfect! I can’t wait to hopefully return one day!!

Luciana and her husband were very nice from the start, and came to greet us in the parking lot to present themselves and take us to the apartment. everything in the apartment was perfect and very clean and organized. very comfortable, quiet and has a nice view from the terrace. nothing to complain, perfect!

Our apartment was stunning. From the frescos painted in 1840 on the walls, to the renovated bathrooms, kitchen, etc, it was stunning. I know can see why it was showcased in some architectural magazines. We were sad we could only stay one night. Definitely was of the coolest AirBnBs you will ever find. The medieval town of Orvieto is a gem and we loved all that we were able to see and do in a short stay. Achim was a fantastic host and took care of every detail in our place and even helped with our luggage! We hope to come back someday and will be sending friends his way! Thank you!!

The place was beautiful and beautifully located. Very quiet and idyllic. We were able to watch fireflies, a wild cat, and lots of other animals. The space itself is even better than the pictures. Just had a wonderful time. But the best is Francesco's hospitality. He was helpful and very warm. We will be happy to come again.

My wife, brother-in-law, and I had an incredible time in Montepulciano, and Giacomo’s apartment was the perfect place from where we started out daily adventures, took afternoon naps, and then headed out for fantastic dinners. Giacomo’s apartment was excellent, making it easy to get settled after a long day of travel. Giacomo guided us into the temporary parking spot when we got lost for a few minutes, and was quick to assist with any questions we had during our stay. The restaurant recommendations were all excellent, as well as the other activities he suggested. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Montepulciano!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated touches like fresh towels and the equipped kitchen. Our host Roberto was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. He made check-in seamless. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

Very nice apartment. We visited a real palace. The frescoes create a special Italian atmosphere. I liked everything very much.

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

This property is beautiful, clean, convenient, full of modern amenities, and within walking distance of everything a tourist wants to see in Florence. It is nearly perfect in every way. The view of the Ponte Vecchio Bridge is world class. One note: it advertises that it has a hot tub, but it does not.

Fabrizio was an amazing host! We made a spontaneous choice to stay in Perugia after our friend’s wedding in Tuscany and the magic continued. The location was central and a blissful walk to the city centre which is full of history and beauty. Coming back to Fabrizio’s place made our stay even better. A very modern design, good energy making it easy to relax, cook and enjoy. We highly recommend and we’ll be coming back on our next visit. Thank you!
