Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Located in the peaceful village of Arbus, "La Casetta" is a cozy apartment surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, just a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of the Arburese coast. We recommend having a car or motorcycle to explore nearby beaches like Piscinas, Scivu, and Torre dei Corsari, with their golden sand and clear waters. You can also enjoy trips by quad, on foot, or by bike along trails that lead you through Sardinia's pristine nature.
