Il se niche au 3e étage (sans ascenseur) d'un immeuble ancien rénové en 2023 et se compose d'une cuisine aménagée et équipée ; un coin avec un canapé lit à convertir à sa guise et TV. Exit la voiture, bars, restaurants, boulangeries, épiceries, tout se fait à pieds. Le linge de lit, torchons et papier toilette sont fournis. Les serviettes de toilette ne sont pas comprises.
