The house itself is lovely and you can see that the host put a lot of effort in it. The design is beautiful. Everything is clean as well and the host is super responsive to any needs you may have. Although it did mention in the advertisement that a lot of construction is going on, we were still a bit disillusioned at arrival when we noticed that the house itself is actually surrounded by a construction site. This counts for El Paredón entirely to be fair, which is still so undeveloped that construction takes over almost half of the town. The noise itself was not too loud, it just made the surroundings less nice, with builders looking right at you when you walk on the staircase. We do however get that this is temporary and will change over time. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Loved staying at the Swell, this property is perfect if you like comfort travel and are looking for an adventure in El Paredón. The property is close to restaurants, bars, and the beach. Loved the fact that even though you see a bunch of beachfront parties, the noise is non-existent at the property. The food was good, the pool was magnificent, and the hosts make you feel right at home. I will definitely come back!

Avec mon compagnon, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Ilona et Michal. Tout d’abord, l’hébergement est propre, paisible, privé. On s’y sent bien. La piscine est un réel bonheur et est nettoyé tous les jours par Michal. El Paredon est un très chouette village et l’hébergement est idéalement situé dans la ville, proche de la plage, des magasins, restaurants et ATM. Enfin, le plus important, l’accueil et la gentillesse d’Ilona et Michal, ce sont des hôtes charmants, prévenants, bienveillants, très réactifs et flexibles. Ils font en sorte que vous vous sentez comme chez vous, chez eux et cela n’a pas de prix! Merci encore pour votre gentillesse et vos conseils ou aide ! Je vous recommande vivement cet hébergement si vous passez pas El Paredon et que vous êtes à la recherche d’une petite bulle de bonheur. P.S : la Focaccia d’Ilona est incroyable la meilleure que nous avons mangé de notre vie ! À bientôt, Régis et Alicia

Simone is a very lovely host, I was able to check in earlier, also I changed my dates once without a problem. the place is calm and spotless clean and everything is very well maintained. Walkable to the beach and restaurants in a few minutes, still quiet at night. overall I had a very great stay and can recommend staying there.

Nice space near the beach with friendly staff, good pool, and nice restaurant. Not a "party' hotel, so a bit more quiet and private itself. Room was clean with luke warm showers. On weekend nights bring some white noise headphones- the music from the nearby bars can be heard at night.

Ich werde wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich einmal wieder in der Gegend bin. Alles hat mir sehr gut gefallen, der Pool ist toll, die Anlage sehr gepflegt und schön gemacht. Alles ist bewusst ruhig gehalten, keine Parties. Gefällt mir super!

Alex is amazing! We truly enjoyed out time. Our arrival wasn't the best, we showed up and there was nobody to show us around. We were also under the impression we had been clear that it was going to be 4 guests but we had miscommunication with the person handling the comms. Gladly they were able to fix us another room. Alex and the cleaning and cooking staff really are 5 stars! the place is also really nice. Spotless and the breakfast was amazing! We really enjoyed our time and will be back!

El Airbnb es exactamente como se muestra en las fotografías, me encantó que tuvimos la oportunidad de usar las amenidad como cocina, piscina y parqueo antes de nuestro check-in. César nos ante dio de una manera increíble y nos enseñó todo el lugar, está a una caminata de 2 minutos a la playa entonces era excelente

To be clear, this is a hotel which was fine with us. Violeta And her mom , Norma, are excellent hosts. They were so kind to us even though we neglected to call them when we were delayed. They literally seemed to be like angels to us! The food/drink was amazing ! I loved the birds and the sound of the ocean! They told us how to get tickets for the baby turtle release (seasonal). Violeta even offered to give us a ride to a turtle hatchery 30 minutes away when the local hatchery said they might not be an option! The local hatchery was also very helpful. They agreed to help us find a birthing turtle several kilometers away. They charged 200Q to look for turtle and 300Q to transport us at high speeds!

The place matched exactly the description. Quiet and peaceful so good night sleep. The crew was very helpful and responsive. Their dog too was very protective of us whenever we went wandering around so we felt safe too. The location is more remote than we anticipated but the Tuktuk took us whenever and wherever we wanted, just be cautious to come back early to the hotel as the Tuktuk stops service at 10 am. Overall a great choice for the price.
