It has its own swimming pool, 3 rooms with their own bathroom (4 people per room), palm trees and a spectacular view. Our house has fresh water that comes from a nearby well. The pool is also freshwater. The kitchen at the house is very well equipped. Right on the beach you can’t beat the location. There’s stores and restaurants within a 1/2 mile walk. Only complaint 5th bedroom shows a picture of a ladder only after arriving did we realize that the ladder was not a decoration but the way to get to bedroom. It’s a loft it would have been helpful to include word loft when describing bedroom 5.

We stayed at Areia Paredon one night and it was very enjoyable. The entire house was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed. All the rooms had AC and the beds were comfortable. We were located really close to the beach. We loved having the pool to cool off, very relaxing . Overall, the house was very nice and comfortable, just what we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was really nice and understanding, he let us in early and allowed us to stay an hour late. We would definitely come back for a longer stay.
