The house is very spacious and has a good space, the pool is large, the bathrooms and the house were totally clean. The house is a good distance from the Sea. It has the essentials for a good stay and the host has excellent service and communication at all times.

A house with ALL you need to enjoy the sea in peace and comfort. Spectacular ranch, Clean and comfortable house, modern and functional practical kitchen. Great location. We will definitely be back.

The place is spacious as described with lots of room for a large groups, it was straight forward to find the place if you are familiar with the roads of Guatemala. I would recommend this place based on pricing; the host is very responsive, his team super helpful. I do have to point the beach is a bit of walk but on the plus side, there is a mini market right next door to at make it easy to access.

Great place to stay. Every family crew has their own room, with complete bathroom and air conditioner. Garden, pool and outdoor meals were really enjoyable!

The house complies with all the details described, a great location and a huge pool, the super equipped kitchen, very comfortable rooms. Something external is a sign that is in front of the house that makes the view of the beach limited. But otherwise it's a super stay and very comfortable.

The house is very nice just like the photos. We had an inconvenience at the beginning with the filling of the pool but there was constant communication and it was resolved. Super close to the sea and ideal rooms with their super comfortable beds and air conditioners working perfectly. The very polite and proactive guardian.

A very nice house, enviable location, with all the amenities, the guardian and the cleaning lady are very good people, very friendly and attentive, at night the only thing you hear in the room were the waves crashing on the beach, I could easily continue to write many more amenities of this house, but I summarize it as: perfect for vacationing with family or friends.

Excellent host, super looking out for us and our arrival. The person who takes care of the house is very attentive as well and offered us for a low cost who clean and cooked, which made us able to relax even more. The house is quite spacious and you can do several activities as a family or with your friends. 100% recommended! =)

Very nice house and beautiful details, all the rooms had AC and also the living room and dining room, the pool great, everything very nice.
