Super nice little flat with lovely outside space. A stone throw away from the beach. Just perfect. The place was squeaky clean. Fransceco and Elisa were very welcoming and gave us lots of tips on best places to go to. Highly recommended :)

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment - it’s in the best location overlooking the main square with amazing sea views too. It’s in the middle of the old town and so everything is nearby and within walking distance and great to feel in the middle of it all. If you like walking and swimming there are some amazing walks straight out of the town and also stunning beaches.

Romina è un host molto accogliente e gentile. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una settimana nella sua dependance e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Siamo stati accolti da lei di persona all’arrivo, con orario flessibile per il check-in, e guidati passo-passo su come ambientarci nel suo alloggio e nella zona, con diversi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni. L’alloggio era perfettamente pulito e profumato, con anche a disposizione alcuni piccoli comfort non comuni da trovare in altri alloggi airbnb. Abbiamo avuto la compagnia anche dei suoi tre bellissimi cani in giardino, pacati e coccoloni. La zona offre moltissimo da visitare, noi in particolare abbiamo esplorato le spiagge più belle del Conero, vari borghi come Recanati, Jesi e Offagna e le grotte di Frasassi, solo per fare alcuni esempi. Consiglio l’alloggio di Romina, ci si sente a casa.

Ivana e suo marito ci hanno accolti e "coccolati". Tantissima attenzione ai dettagli e cura per ogni nostra possibile necessità. L'alloggio era impeccabile. Abbiamo trascorso un breve soggiorno e non siamo riusciti a fruire di tutte le comodità offerte come ad esempio l'accesso alla spiaggia e la disponibilità di ombrellone. Consigliatissimo come base per esplorare i dintorni!

Claudia ist eine sehr herzliche und immer ansprechbare Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super liebevoll eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung haben wir einen leckeren Wein aus der Region erhalten und auch noch ein paar weitere Goodies wie süße Aufstriche, Nudeln mit Soße (damit niemand bei der Anreise hungrig bleibt) und auch noch Mineralwasser. Das hat uns sehr gefreut und wir haben uns super aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt. Die Betten waren super und die Ausstattung hat nichts zu wünschen gelassen. Der Tischkicker wurde von uns nicht genutzt, ist aber natürlich eine tolles Extra, gerade für eine Gruppe oder Familie mit Kindern. Eine Einschränkung dafür, dass die Wohnung deutlich dunkler ist als auf den Fotos dargestellt und der Essplatz draußen war recht weit von der Wohnung entfernt und nutzbar für alle Anwohner der Anlage. Die Wohnung ist kühl - bei hohen Außentemperaturen willkommen. Die Anlage ist weitläufig und sehr gepflegt.

Once again it was a lovely and very relaxing stopover with Graziella and Graziano. A warm welcome and a personal farewell with a chat about dogs and life. We always feel very welcome and would love to come back soon. It is a quiet location and everything is clean and tidy and our dog also feels at home here.

Vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold hos Kristy og James. De var meget imødekommende og venlige, havde en masse gode forslag til hvad man kunne se og lave i området samt var yderst hjælpsomme og fleksible. Huset lå flot med udsigt som det ses på billederne, dvs på landet men ganske tæt på den hyggelige lille by Mogliano. Swimmingpoolen var et stort plus for vores børn der brugte den næsten hver dag. Lejligheden var, som billederne viser, hyggeligt og autentisk indrettet og med veludstyret køkken. Et plus for vores familie var også deres dejlige og meget børnevenlige hund, Bandit. Vi håber selv at komme igen en anden gang og kan kun anbefale andre et ophold hos Kristy og James.

All NEW furnishings felt as if I was the first to ever stay there. The renovations of the apartment were so nicely done. The 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms were all spotless. Their cleaning folks do an absolutely incredible job, there was not one spec of dust to be found ANYWHERE. Large showers. Fully equipped kitchen (minus microwave). Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There are 3 separate balconies to enjoy the view from all angles. Best part of the place by far. Enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine at night (both kindly provided by host at check-in) while experiencing a panoramic view of both the sea and the mountains is really my picture perfect vacation getaway. I would 100% recommend and stay here again, this place is absolutely 5 stars!

Luigi è estremamente disponibile, ci ha fornito preziose informazioni sulla spiaggia vicina, il supermercato più comodo nonché istruzioni sulle funzionalità della casa. L’appartamento è davvero bello, pulito, ordinato e pieno di oggetti di uso quotidiano utilissimi tra gli altri anti zanzare elettrico in ogni stanza e zampirone per il giardino esterno. È a 10 minuti a piedi dal mare e in una strada molto tranquilla. Lo raccomando vivamente e spero di poterci tornare la prossima estate. Grazie infinite, Luigi!

Le mie amiche ed io siamo state accolte in una casa molto pulita, confortevole ed attrezzata con grande ospitalità e gentilezza . La casa si trova in un'ottima posizione per gli spostamenti verso il mare e non, con possibilità di comodo posteggio e in zona tranquilla e piena di verde, le fotografie corrispondono esattamente a quello che abbiamo trovato. Nelle vicinanze si trovano ristoranti, supermercato e forno facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Utilissimi poi tutti i suggerimenti e le indicazioni avuti da Leonardo e sua moglie che ancora ringraziamo per il graditissimo pensiero che hanno avuto per noi al momento della partenza. Che altro dire? Sicuramente una vacanza da consigliare e da ripetere!

This was hands down my favorite Airbnb of all time! The apartment is absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The view is truly magical, even better than the photos, which don’t begin to capture how special it really is. What made the experience even more unforgettable were our amazing hosts, Paola and Luca. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We were a family of six and this place was extremely comfortable for us all. We loved the pool and used the kitchen to cook several times. We had some of the best food of our whole Italy trip in nearby towns, following the recommendations given to us by Paola. I can’t recommend this place enough—an unforgettable stay in a perfect setting. I’m already planning a couples trip to come back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Rosaria et Salvatore, ce sont des hôtes fantastiques. Très réactifs et fondamentalement gentils. Nous avons eu le plaisir de gouter aux pizzas de Salvatore, qui tient la pizzeria juste en dessous de l'appartement. L'appartement est spacieux, meublé avec gout et très proche de la vieille ville à pieds. Merci à tout les deux.

Niki è una persona veramente cordiale disponibile in tutto. Appartamento nuovo, pulitissimo e con tutto l'occorrente, anche un ombrellone per andare in spiaggia! Un giardinetto carino e ben curato. Posizione strategica a due passi da tutti i servizi e il centro storico. Il garage di una comodità estrema! Che dire, io e il mio compagno non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!! Grazie Niki di tutto!

Il posto è una vera e propria opera d'arte, che riesce a toglierti ogni pensiero e lasciandoti solo al completo relax. La struttura non ha una pecca, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio dal giardino, alle casette fino all'infinity pool che da sulla vallata. I titolari poi persone di un'infinita bontà, che ti sanno mettere a proprio agio e ti accolgono nel migliore dei modi. Se trovate il modo andateci, non ve ne pentirete!!!!!

Mir und meinen Kindern hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Der italienische fler widerspiegelt sich an jeder Seite. Ist auf den Bergen von Gualdo, es ist definitiv ein wow Effekt.

Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati,suite stupenda, arredata in modo raffinato,completa di ogni confort,bagno turco ed idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta... Il personale è presente e disponibile,la colazione è fantastica,vasta scelta e tutto buonissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

Location perfetta, ottima per essere vicinissimi al mare ma alti come piano per non sentire il caino della strada. Ci tonerò sicuramente.

Das Casal del Sole liegt auf einem Hügel in mitten der tollen Landschaft. Man hat einen einzigartigen 360Grad Rund-um-Blick. Ideal auch mit Kindern, da es einen kleinen Spielplatz gibt. Tischtennis, Kicker und genug Platz für gemütliches Sitzen an diversen Chill-out Areas oder gemütliches Grillen. Vom sehr großen Pool hat man einen sensationellen Blick auf die schönen Hügel. Wir haben 2 der 4 Wohnungen bewohnt und waren jeweils sehr begeistert. Die Wohnungen sind top ausgestattet, besonders natürlich die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit der tollen überdachten Terrasse Die gesamte Ausstattung der Wohnungen, Poolbereich, Ruhezonen, extra Küche ist sehr sehr gut und durchdacht. Stefano und Alessandro mit ihren Familien kümmern sich bis ins letzte Detail um alles. Selten haben wir so eine Sauberkeit und Liebe zum Detail irgendwo erlebt. Hier kommt Gastfreundschaft von ganzem Herzen. Wir haben uns selten an einem Ort so gut erholt. Danke!

Ein Schmuckstück auf dem Land. Wunderschöne Natur und viel Ruhe. Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Italo gab uns tolle Tips für Restaurants und mehr. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt verlängert haben. Vielen Dank

Un havre de paix. Superbe maison divisée en quelques appartements sur un terrain entièrement clos. De nombreux jeux sont prévus sur place pour les enfants (fléchettes, baby-foot, table de ping-pong, multitude d'accessoires pour la piscine) sans oublier les hamacs et autres commodités extérieures. La piscine est très agréable et parée d'un jacuzzi. Le logement est très propre et très fonctionnel pour 2 à 3 personnes. La communication avec Paola est très simple. Un guide des environs et ses nombreuses recommandations facilitent les premiers pas dans la région. Une vraie et belle expérience touristique. Merci mille fois.
