Beachfront holiday rental in Montemarciano

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

Wonderful stay! The apartment was just as described: very clean, and in a central location within walking distance to everything. Check-in was smooth and easy, and Kevin was super responsive and flexible, even letting us check out later. Highly recommended!

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

Sara and Giovanni are extremely lovely and very friendly hosts. They were very kind and picked us up from the station by car and drove us back. Communication was very easy in French. Regulars of Airbnb rentals, this apartment is very clearly different from other sanitised apartments with international and standardised decor. This accommodation has a lot of charm and assets and has a beautiful soul like the owners. Very well equipped, clean, ideally located (close to shops, beach, restaurant and city centre) the apartment is very quiet and you sleep very well! We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

The apartment is really ideally located in Sirolo. To unload the luggage, you can drive up briefly and then park the car (there is an ID for this). After that, you no longer need the car. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are all nearby. You can also walk to the beautiful beaches - but the way back is a bit difficult because it is uphill. The small pool and outdoor kitchen are unique,

The accommodation is exactly as described and as pictured, clean, equipped with everything you need, with parking immediately in front and a beautiful private garden. The beach, pool and restaurant bar are very close and the whole village is very well cared for. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Villagio Tibiceco. The apartment is simple but clean. You can hear the street, the highway and the train, but the monotonous noises didn't bother us. The view on the slope is magnificent. The beach and pool are also well maintained and quickly reached. There was nothing in the apartment when we arrived, things for daily use (sponge, soap, oil, ...) must be brought or bought locally. We are more than happy to recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Accommodation in a pedestrian area, however, thanks to the directions of the host Elisa, we unloaded our luggage right behind the house and luckily there was a free parking space where I left the car for the entire stay but otherwise there is a large parking lot not far away. The apartment is practically on the beach, just across the road and it is immediately by the lifeguard (Mario baths) here we also had a great time. So for me, a more than positive experience. Thank you Elisa!

Stefano is a great host, very easy to communicate with and help you if you need it. The apartment was perfect for a couple and had everything we needed. Was in walking distance of shops, train station and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying with Stefano and would love do do it again in the future.

The apartment is situated right on the water . The walk in front is car free and very safe. On the same esplanade is a large selection of restaurants to choose from. We had as very pleasant stay in Silvia’s apartment.

Great quiet beach location. Perfect for us. The bikes were helpful for getting to Grottammare and going on rides along the sea. Very easy bike ride. The beach is a couple block walk and so is a grocery store. Simone and Rita were so nice and the house had all we needed! My son and I had a great time. Thank you for leaving us coffee and milk to start our trip!

Beautiful accommodation, everything was very clean, and nice landlords. Everything was as described. The train station and city centre are within walking distance, the beach is really just around the corner - as well as a really good pizza takeaway.

An amazing house facing the sea. The beach is downstairs! No danger, easy with kids. A beautiful terrace and a beautiful garden. It's really a nice environment. Warning for those who want to sleep… a little noisy (bar and music until late at night but it's the price to pay for having such a beautiful house) bring earplugs, which we had anticipated! Same in the morning, there is the noise of those who clean the beach. Other than that, great welcome from Fabrizio and very nice seaside resort with good restaurants. A unique place! I recommend it and hope to return one day!
