Notre maison d'hôte s'appelle : la ferme saint pierre Drôme. Il y a votre gite et 2 suites de 50 m2. C'est situé dans l'ancienne ferme magnifique du 18e siecle. Votre gîte de 50m2, est complètement autonome ; Vous disposez aussi d'un espace sous une tonnelle pour déjeuner dehors. La piscine vous est accessible, dans un magnifique jardin avec vue sur le Vercors. Des ballades à pieds en sortant et sur le Vercors à 10 mn. Centre village à quelques minutes et gare tgv à 15mn.

You will stay in a quiet area with the possibility of parking a vehicle in the parking lot with barrier of the residence. You will enjoy a pleasant and private environment just a 10-15 min walk from the hyper-center of Valence and a 10-15 min drive from the Valence North and South highway exits. 20 min walk from Valence city train station and less than 15 min drive from Valence TGV train station. 1 min walk from La Cartoucherie, the moving image center, and its park.

In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.
