The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

The studio is nestled in a beautiful Tuscan farmhouse on an olive farm near Casole d'Elsa, an unspoilt hilltop town in central Tuscany. The stone farmhouse has been restored over the years to create 3 totally separate apartments (one of which is my home) each with independent entrance , private terraces and garden space. The farm is surrounded by unspoilt countryside with spectacular views and magnificent sunsets. It is a calm and relaxed place, an idyllic retreat away from the crowds.

Immersed in the green woods of the Senese hills, the beating heart of Tuscany, lies the La Villa estate. Going up 17 steps you will be hosted in an apartment located on the second floor with a separate entrance. Consisting of a kitchen, bathroom with shower and double bedroom with 2 windows overlooking the town of Casole d'Elsa and the pool. Mosquito nets on the windows. Shared terrace with the Manuela apartment, where it is forbidden to leave towels, shoes, toys. TO BE PAID - TOURIST TAX - HEATING MUST BE REQUESTED at the time of booking and costs €15 per day.
