This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Great place to stay I highly recommend

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. Everything is super! The apartment is very nice, located in a really quiet area surrounded by nature. It has all the comforts of home and a super terrace. We only did 2 nights but if you stop longer, in my opinion it is nice to have lunch or dinner in the apartment, if you want total relaxation! It thrives on the proximity of a golf course that, having a Club House, comes back convenient to have good doci or savory breakfasts. There was also a chance to dine (but I don't know if they do it every night). Giselle helped us find the apartment because we were "lost" for a moment... being a residential complex of many apartments and without a grooming of our B&B , I had to disturb it at 11:00 pm ... she responded to us instantly! I recommend staying in this apartment.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

We stayed at Quete Immo for a few nights with our children and really enjoyed it - the place is clean, freshly renovated and offered a great sense of comfort. The view is wonderful and we enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace. The village was really quiet during our stay so it felt amazing in contrast to the hustle and bustle of the coast. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable escapade, I highly recommend it (and for those travelling with kids, the children’s playground is one minute walk so that comes as an extra bonus).

a real little piece of paradise, nestled in the hill near Ventimiglia, a peaceful haven with many fruit trees around, chickens, turtle, games for fun for the children, the accommodation is really cozy clean and welcoming, Raphael and his partner we were really warm welcome, they told us lots of friendly places. Thanks again for everything! We'll be happy to go back!
