Monthly Rentals in Montefiore dell'Aso

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

The apartment lies in the heart of the lovely village of Massignano with its historic streets and beautiful views. Stefano is a perfect host, always there to answer questions about the apartment or to lend his experience with the people of Massignano and the surrounding areas to help you find the ideal destinations for day trips or just a lovely chat. The apartment is clean and modern, delivering all commodities one would expect combined with a stellar view over the hills in the west and the sea in the east. I would highly recommend staying here!

Katia's place has everything you could need. The outdoor space, well shaded and cared for, allowed us to eat al fresco meals. In addition, being well fenced, it allowed us to leave our cat free with peace of mind. The house is spacious and just 15 minutes from the sea, close to all amenities (supermarket, bank, post office, pastry shop, restaurants...). Montefiore dell 'Aso can be reached comfortably in 15 minutes on foot. Katia and Marco were super helpful and welcoming. The only small lack: lounge chairs on which to relax in the garden! And it would have been great even if there was air conditioning (in addition to fans/fans) as it was very hot at night. Otherwise everything was perfect

Renovated and very clean apartment, in an old panoramic villa with a large garden around, very well-kept. The apartment also has a nice terrace and convenient parking for the car, in a courtyard with an automatic gate. The place is very quiet and peaceful, just outside a small village, great for relaxing and feeling on vacation. The owner was very welcoming and kind, and also gave us useful directions to the surroundings. We had a great time.
