Podere Vergianoni is an ancient and historic property dating back to the 1600s, located in the beautiful Chianti hills in Tuscany, with the possibility of organising exclusive services and experiences tailored to you. The apartment is available for 2 adults with the possibility of adding a sofa bed for 2 children under 12 years of age. In the large outdoor courtyard, you will find a saltwater swimming pool with a relaxation area on a panoramic terrace with a wonderful view of the castle, hills and vineyards, with breathtaking sunsets.

Provencal-style apartment nestled between vineyards and olive trees. You will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside 10 km from the city and 4 km from the highway. The song of jays and cuckoos will be the soundtrack to the stay while the roe deer graze among the olive trees. A basic Italian breakfast is included (coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, etc.), but if you prefer a richer breakfast served at the table, the cost is €15 per person (€10 from 5 to 15 years, free under 5 years). In the village of Montefioralle, the Meridiana, the charm of historic homes. In front of one of the ancient castle gates, the house is part of the medieval castle. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, the dining room with a large fireplace, a sitting area and the ancient vaulted cellar, on the first floor the two double bedrooms, the bathroom, a living room/study and the garden with table and chairs where you can spend pleasant evenings. Peaceful hideaway in a 11th century Tuscan village

Imagine a former medieval tower, once part of a 11th century fortified castle. As you enter, like in most Tuscan country houses, there is a kitchen with a stone sink. A stairway brings to the first floor where there are two bedrooms with their original terracotta floors and wooden beams. They both offer a gorgeus, unobstructed view of Chianti vineyards and hills. And a private access to a terracotta terrace facing the valley. It's hard to imagine a more peaceful scenery.

The CASA GIULIA DI SOPRA apartment, renovated in 2022 and located on the first floor, is a portion of an ancient farmhouse located in the heart of Chianti Classico. It is surrounded by the vineyards of Villa Calcinaia, an estate owned by the Capponi Counts since 1524. The apartment is 130 meters away from the shared swimming pool, open from May to October. The apartment has an outdoor area with a table and chairs where guests can dine and enjoy a glass of wine at sunset.
