Monthly Rentals in Montefalconi

It was a really wonderful stay with Lydie and Rudi. They welcomed us very warmly, gave us all the necessary information and were always there for us during the stay. The very large garden area is a dream and there was a lot to discover for us and our 10-year-old son (two tree houses, a tree swing, an enclosure with turtles, etc.) and also the accommodation is furnished with a lot of love and thoughtfulness. Our dog was able to roam freely in the premises the entire time and our Son was allowed to help with various activities in the garden, which he enjoyed very much. In short, it was a successful stay for the whole family and we definitely want to come back.

We had a group of 11 of us stay September 2024 to celebrate a birthday. The villa was perfect for our group. The common space was great to connect, share meals together and hang out and the private rooms were perfect for people to take their own space when needed. The villa was well appointed, easy to find with the google map pin and the pool was lovely. Natale and Arianna were great and very responsive if we had any questions. Natale stopped by a few times to check on us and make sure we had what we needed, which was appreciated. Natale also recommended a Chef, Virna and she came in to do a cooking class one evening and to cook for the birthday dinner another evening. She and her colleague Sanda were lovely! The food was great and they were so fun to have around. I would absolutely recommend this villa and I hope to have the chance to stay here again at some point in the future!

Noémie's apartment is very nice and spacious, with a nice garden and a very nice view. It is very well located for visiting Tuscany, very close to the beautiful town of San Giminiano. Noémie is attentive and responsive. We had a lovely stay.

Lovely apartment set in beautiful gardens. All the amenities you could ask for. Totally private with lots of outside seating. Great parking and so easy to get to restaurants and supermarkets etc. Absolutely loved this place and recommend it. Thanks to Cristina and Claudia for the helpful information provided.
