Holiday rentals with a patio in Monteceneri

We had a wonderful stay! 🌟 The accommodation was exactly as described - if not even better. Everything was extremely clean, lovingly furnished and thought out to the last detail. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view - simply breathtaking! 😍 The hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating – you immediately felt welcome and in good hands. Everything was really thought of, so we could enjoy our stay to the fullest. An absolute feel-good place – we would love to come back and can recommend this accommodation from the heart! 💯🙏

We felt very comfortable in Matina's apartment. The location is perfect for walks and swimming in the Maggia or Melazza - which our dog also liked. We'd be happy to come back!

Highly recommended!!! We felt very comfortable in Elkenda's apartment. The apartment was sparkling clean and offers everything you need for a stay. It is very well equipped and there is plenty of storage space for luggage. Elkenda was very attentive and hospitable. She always responded to our messages immediately. The accommodation is really very nice, especially the terrace, from which you have a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore. The apartment is very well and high-quality equipped and very tastefully furnished. The lake is minutes away by foot. The communication is very friendly and uncomplicated, we will be happy to come back.

Thomas is one of the friendliest hosts ever! Communication was always very nice and you never had to wait long for answers. The apartment itself fulfills all wishes, has very good basic equipment (pans, spices, soda stream, etc.) and corresponds exactly to the pictures. The view of the Lago is unique and it takes just under 10 minutes to walk to the Lido. We are very excited. Everything was on site for our 1 1/2 year old too :)

We loved staying at Alessia’s place. Beautiful view and great location. She was also very helpful in picking us up from the ferry and setting up a boat tour for us. I’d definitely recommend this place!

the view from the terrace is great. quiet during the day and at night. only the access is for people who can drive a car, but you have to remember that these are Italians and mountains. I love driving and such challenges, so I rate it ******

Sandra is a very friendly and helpful landlady. The apartment is decorated with a lot of love and my husband, I and our dog felt completely comfortable. The view from the terrace and sofa is unique and the kitchen has everything you could want. A dream apartment. Another plus is that the restaurants, villages and Locarno are also within walking distance. Thank you Sandra, to another time

This was a lovely holiday here and Adriana was friendly and helpful even though English was not one of her languages. Clean and very comfortable accommodation- upstairs and down. Not a lot of room in main bedroom. Great bathroom and very easy to use kitchen . Coffee, jam, milk and crackers all provided . As we came from Australia ( most guests were from switzerland) we were unaware of local restaurants recommended and where to get groceries locally; so perhaps written instructions could be done for future guests. There is a little lack of privacy near the bathroom to the bedroom and perhaps lack of privacy near the door and in the lounge room. Great stay for seven days and highly recommended.

Caroline is the perfect host and her house was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The whole house is clean, organized and beautifully decorated. There is a lot of thought put into making guests feel comfortable and welcome. The kitchen is very well equipped and the dining table is big enough to enjoy family dinners. The living room has enough seating for all guests which isn't always the case. In the bathrooms Caroline provided lots of new, fluffy towels for everyone. The back garden is amazing, a small paradise with lounge chairs to relax in the sun and a table for dining outside. Added to that is a very well equipped laundry room and outside parking for two cars. We would definitely go back!

It was just great! The location is a bit off the beaten track, but with a great view of the lake, this doesn't matter. The house was very clean and perfectly suitable.😀 Gladly again, thank you!

One of the most stunning locations you can imagine on Lugano. Right on the lake, 3 storeyed and superbly kept. Don't think. Just go for it if you are considering Lugano. Fantabulous views.

We had an amazing stay. Amazing location for the ferry, walking into town, and also the Sentiero del Viandante hike! The hike could be reached by merely continuing to walk higher up the hill! View from the terrace is wonderful. Finally, the host was super kind. Thank you so much for having us!

What a beautiful property. The accommodations are stunning and very well done. Kitchen is equipped well for light meals to enjoy in the fabulous garden terrace with the most amazing views of the lake. We truly enjoyed the space and the terrace. The renovation to this property was done with care and attention to detail, with contemporary and clean Italian design. Functional and beautiful. Nicholas was an amazing host. He helped us with food recommendations, reservations, beach clubs or any information or help we needed. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to lake Como!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

A very practically furnished, very well-maintained 2-room apartment in a beautiful panoramic location. It is excellent for a few days and is perfect for long mountain walks. We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.
