Our house is a part of a stone farmhouse completely independent from the rest of the adjacent property. Arranged on three floors, on the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, a large living room with fireplace, a bedroom with 1 double bed and a bathroom with window. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (2 +2 beds) with a bathroom with window. In the basement, at garden level, there is the kitchen and the dining room. From the kitchen you access the outside where you will find an area for outdoor dining with a large dining table under a pergola. You then go down towards the garden with barbecue area.

Castello Ginori di Querceto is a secluded and ancient village in Tuscany, not far from the Etruscan town of Volterra, surrounded by woods and typical Mediterranean scrub. This delightful “borgo” is ideal for a peaceful and restful holiday and for all those who love nature. Beautiful and world known sites as Siena, Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Massa Marittima, Bolgheri are within driving distance, as other less known but equally charming villages; the seaside is only a 20 minutes away .

Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.
