Good appartment in Pucciniland It is well equipped, and well organised. Good quality bed. The apartment was impeccable clean. This is not in the middle of nowhere, there is a restaurant at the other side of the road, that serves a reasonable meal, but unfortunately no pana cotta desert. And inevitable there is some traffic noise, that did not bother us. Probably by telepathy Miria knew about my wife's birthday; the prosecco in the fridge was highly appreciated.

Giulia’s place was perfect for us. 15 walk from the train station and 15 walk to the tower. Giulia sent us a list of restaurants recommendations and different activities to do whilst we were there. She even stopped by to check how we were getting on. Only thing is there is quite a lot of noise from above but this was mentioned in the booking so was to be expected. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and tidy, host was great and had very organized self check in with instructions. Lovely cafe underneath apartment aswell.

Marco was a fantastic host! He texted us beforehand asking if we wanted to self check-in or have him meet us there. Meeting us on the street as we arrived, he took us straight up and immediately started to explain all amenities, along with providing us with some lovely maps of Montecatini and Lucca. He strongly recommended a visit to his favourite local place of Lucca, in which his recommendation was very well received as we spent the Sunday wandering the splendid medieval town. All in all I would very much recommend this AirBnB, as it's 5min walk from main centre, the station and many authentic restaurants (which Marco told us about when we asked him). Don't forget to also take the vernacular and visit Montecatini-Alto in the hills!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home! The hosts downstairs were incredibly welcoming and even treated us to a delicious homemade cake. The house was spotlessly clean, with a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen and all safety features in place. Having a large supermarket nearby and easy access to the highway made our stay even more convenient. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment with a group of friends and we were extremely satisfied with our choice! The location is really perfect, just a short walk from the center of Montecatini, which has made our explorations of the city comfortable. The apartment is spacious, well organized and equipped with every comfort, clean and cozy just as described in the previous reviews. Oksana was an exceptional host, always available and attentive to respond promptly to our questions. The atmosphere was quiet, perfect for relaxing, but at the same time convenient to visit the main attractions of Tuscany, easily accessible by train. We felt right at home, thanks to modern amenities and detailed check-in instructions. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to spend time in a pleasant environment and in a convenient location. We'll definitely be back!

The apartment is wonderful, just like in the photos — it has everything you need and even more. Marco and Antonella are very kind, respond quickly, and are always ready to help with any questions. The location is very convenient, close to the city center and the station, which made it easy to travel around Tuscany. There are shops and restaurants nearby as well. I’m glad I chose this place for my trip 😁

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

We enjoyed the stay at Claudio’s place , the apartment is conveniently located . Claudio was waiting for us at the apartment to greet us and to shows the functionality of all amenities , we found the apartment nicely decorated and squeakily clean . We highly recommend this place for a family of 3 or 4 traveling to Florence . We will be back .

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

This place is a dream. Luciano is a fabulous host. Friendly and very helpful. Fully remodeled for being inside ancient think wall structure. Location is a historian’s dream. Shutters over all windows really close out the sound at night. New modern kitchen fully stocked. Great location with bedroom French door style windows opening to overlook the Anfiteatro. We spent most evenings sitting there with a glass of wine. Great restaurants there too. Had great meals at Old Charlie’s restaurant a number of times. Supermarket 5 min walk. Great local shopping, many piazzas with outdoor cafes. Train station about 15 minutes walk. 1.5 hour ride on train to Firenze, 30 minutes to Pisa, 2 hours by bus to Siena. Lucca is cooler than Firenze with a nice breeze in the afternoon. I am a painter so this is a great location. If the flight from California was not so long, I would come back every year. We Love it here and love Luciano.

Asso's Place was the perfect home for our family in Florence!  The most luxurious Air BnB we've found to date - with original paintings, a generous supply of records, DVDs, and books galore.  The Duomo felt so close that we could reach out the window and touch it. The location was walking distance from all the major attractions and excellent restaurants. Piero and Raffaela were perfect hosts, reaching out to us with information about restaurants, shopping, and sites to visit, and answering every question quickly. Raffaella greeted us in person and pointed out important features of the apartment.  All of our needs were met to perfection.

Beautiful place, true to the photos, discovered in the early morning after Alessandro greeted us with a smile in the middle of the night following problems on the road. The estate is superb, in the heart of nature, next to a golf course. A little further away from the places to visit (small roads), but it's the counterpart to the idyllic setting. Outdoor areas are numerous and pleasant. The pool is quiet, large, well maintained, not very chlorinated and surrounded by trees to have some shade. The apartment is large and typical, a little dark but this helps to keep it cool (thanks to the air conditioning!) The possibility of breakfast at the Golf course ~15 minutes away (pleasant walk) or 10 minutes by car (much more convenient with stroller) is very helpful (Italian type, correct price and setting just as quiet and idyllic) It is also very nice to have condiments available. Numerous mosquitoes despite the mosquito nets (windows, bed)

This place is just magical. We spent 9 dream days there in peace. Bianca and her parents welcomed us warmly and showed us around the residence next to their beautiful house, surrounded by nature and in the countryside (a car is essential to access it). The view is magnificent, and the panorama seen from the pool is even more beautiful than in the photos. The small path to the house is a perfect vantage point for sunset photos. The place of residence is simple but neat, and we had all the privacy we wanted. Bianca and her parents remained very discreet. Only the cat sometimes came to greet us without bothering us. Bianca even helped us make a reservation at one of the wonderful nearby restaurants. We will recommend this place of residence to our friends who want to visit Tuscany (Florence and Lucca nearby).

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

Deborah was the nicest host! She welcomed us with kindness and prepared everything nice for our stay. We would totally recommend the stay there, when you are searching for a quiet stay, but want to go for some Citytrips as well. :)

Marcello’s place felt serene and relaxing and our time here was just delightful. We absolutely loved the lemon garden we had all to ourselves, the grounds of the property are picturesque with a joyful companion of Tommy, Alina and Pistacchio. All is beautifully maintained and the apartment is elegant and cosy. We did appreciate proper mosquito nets, stable and fast internet for working, a proper dedicated workspace, sparkling clean apartment, great kitchen equipment, a garden table with a parasol offering plenty of shade, sun loungers by the swimming pool and a that the pool was kept very clean for us to be able to refresh in it during the hot days. Marcello is so friendly, warm and communicative. He spoilt us with his kind generosity and hospitality that you understand immediately why he is a super host, he really cares about his guests. Thank you so much dear Marcello for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back one day.

The stay at Raisa's was incredibly beautiful. The accommodation and especially the view is much nicer than in the pictures. Raisa has gone to great lengths to make everything as pleasant as possible for us. The dogs (Saila and Yango) are mega cuddly, the pool is great and the entire property is really picturesque. Beautiful city trips etc. are easily doable by car and we would be happy to come back again sometime.

A little paradise in Tuscany with the most breathtaking view. We spend alot of the days at the house, swimming in the pool, cooking and generally feeling at home! They surprised us with fresh cherries 🍒 a few times and were happy to explain the beautiful routes you can walk around. We will def be back! ❤️
