An Unforgettable Stay with the Best Host Ever! Flaminia is truly the best host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. She’s incredibly helpful—always available and willing to assist with anything we needed, no questions asked. Her warm, down-to-earth personality made our stay not only comfortable but genuinely special. What made the experience even more memorable was her recommendation to try her father’s amazing Roman cuisine, perfectly paired with local wines. It was an unforgettable meal and a true highlight of our trip. The farmhouse itself is beautifully located in the heart of Tuscany. It’s the perfect base for exploring nearby cities and the stunning countryside. Thanks to the central location, we were able to easily travel around and soak in all the beauty Tuscany has to offer. Castello Di Proceno was a great place to stay in the peace and quiet. You are well away from the hustle and bustle and will need transport to explore. The history is quite interesting. The furnishing and decor is very retro but still very comfortable. Cecilia is an amazing woman, both a wealth of information and very warm and friendly. She speaks Italian, French and English fluently. The staff are also friendly and helpful. The restaurant is set in idyllic garden (weather permitting) for standard prices. Breakfast is the included and tasty. A tour of the Castello is recommended.

We had a wonderful time at Alberto‘s and Laura‘s - it turned out that we didn’t do as many trips into the surroundings as planned because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the garden and the amazing views. It was the perfect ending of a fantastic vacation in Italy - I hope we will be back next year :) We received a fantastic welcome, home made bread, jam and pasta - and immediately felt like home. Grazie! One thing to mention is that the apartment is kind of thin-walled towards the second apartment - that didn’t bother us at all, but might be of interest for fellow travellers who are sensitive to noises. All in all, certainly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!

Ottima soluzione per godere della tranquillità della zona e per esplorare i borghi e le particolarità naturalistiche e paesaggistiche che la regione offre. La struttura è ben organizzata e pulita. L’host è stato molto accogliente, premuroso ed ha fornito utili suggerimenti. È stata un’esperienza molto piacevole.

Die Kommunikation vor unserer Anreise war sehr gut, die Gastgeberin hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und sich selbst auch proaktiv bei uns gemeldet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durften sogar 1h früher einchecken. Uns wurde alles in und um das Haus gezeigt. Das Haus und der Garten + Pool waren sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern waren wichtig und haben auch gut funktioniert. In der Küche findet man alles was man benötigt. Der Garten ist schön groß und top gepflegt. Auch der große Pool mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick hat uns begeistert. Die Gastgeber, die ca. 50m neben an wohnen, haben sich jeden morgen um den Pool gekümmert und geprüft ob dort alles okay ist. Die Anfahrt war auch relativ einfach. Ca. 30 Minuten Autofahrt zum Haus gibt es einen großen Coop Supermarkt, wo wir einkaufen waren. Das Meer ist auch nur 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben unseren Urlaub als 6 Personen Gruppe voll genossen!

We had such a wonderful experience at Vittorio’s Place! The location is absolutely lovely and peaceful — perfect for unwinding. The property is spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with full amenities. It felt like a home away from home. Two beautiful, friendly dogs added a warm and joyful touch to our stay — our child adored them! Vittorio himself was incredibly kind and welcoming, especially with our little one. He made us feel completely at ease from the moment we arrived. We did get a bit lost on the way (totally our fault!), but Vittorio stayed in touch the whole time and even offered to come pick us up. He ended up leading us to the property, which was so generous and appreciated. As a lovely welcome, he gifted us a bottle of his homemade white wine to enjoy with dinner — a delightful personal touch. Wir wurden herzlich mit hausgemachten Leckereien und einem lokalen Wein empfangen – ein wunderbarer Start! Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön und deutlich besser als es die Fotos erahnen lassen. Alfonso und Riccardo sind äußerst sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Eine ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre rundet den Aufenthalt perfekt ab. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!
