20 meters from the Square Testaccio, this beautiful newly refurbished apartment is located in the most ancient and distinctive part of Rome, on the 3rd floor of an elegant, quiet building, recently renovated.   A walk along the nearby street Marmorata, and the river Tevere on your left side, will lead to all the major historic sites: Piazza Venezia, the Bocca della Verità, the Pantheon, Campo dei Fiori, Coliseum and across the river to the Castel Sant’Angelo and the Vatican Museums.   Another walk leads to the Trevi Fountain, the beautiful Spanish Steps and the shopping area of Via del Corso.   It’s easy to reach Trastevere neighborhoods, the first famous for its tasty trattorias, disco pubs and the Porta Portese market (open only on Sundays), the second for its narrow streets, full of restaurants and small shops open until late at night.   The area around the apartment has lots of trattorias, pizzerias, and high-class restaurants where you can taste typical Roman cuisine, and cafés and wine bars where you can have a drink at the end of a day spent admiring the wonders of Rome.   Within walking distance you can find banks, grocery stores, bakeries and supermarkets, an open-air market ( Testaccio market) where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruit and much more..and various shops.   To make your stay even more pleasant, you’ll be only a short distance from Foro Romano and the gardens of Villa Celimontana, a summer site for open-air jazz concerts and movie screenings, with easy access to other parks and pleasant strolling areas.   The apartment is well-placed for public transportation, with the Piramide Metro stop nearby, and easy connections to Termini and Ostiense railroad stations.   On request, when you make your reservation, we can provide a comfortable private car service to take you to and from Rome’s airports and railroad stations, and any other destination you seek, either within the city or beyond its walls.   The apartment has been tastefully and fully renovated by a well-known Roman architect.   All furnishings and fittings are new and of high quality.   WiFi access, air conditioning in every room and central heating complete the features of property.   The apartment consists of a lounge, a kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom, and is equipped with all the amenities needed for a twenty-first century stay.   The spacious bedroom has a queen size bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress and a 50-inch LCD TV.   The brightly-lit living room has a comfortable queen-size sofa bed and a 42-inch high-resolution LED TV.   The finest bed linen and towels provided during your stay will guarantee maximum comfort.   The kitchen has everything you’ll need, and dishwasher, and the bathroom has a spacious shower.   LENILLI FEATURES: WiFi access, air conditioning, LED HD satellite TV, USB port, HD card access for photos and videos, washer, refrigerator, dishwasher, heating, adapters and a safe.
