The villa is very stylish and cozy. We liked the mix of antiques in the living rooms and bedrooms and new equipment of the kitchen and bathrooms. The garden resembles a small park with magnificent old trees and a refreshing pool. Rome is easily accessible by car. The hosts were very helpful and warm. Great communication. We had a great time!

I had a perfect stay, Antonella was lovely, really thoughtful. At first I thought of the isolated accommodation, and in the end with the bus it goes very quickly to reach the tourist center. It felt like my home. Thanks! And what a joy to regain calm after days of wandering.

We stayed for more than a month in this beautiful little house, very original and charming, which is located in a very quiet residential area of Rome. Everything was perfect in the house, everything was functional and very convenient. Parking is a few meters from the house, within the grounds of the residence. The pool is also very beautiful and very well maintained. We usually travel by car but we also took public transport and it is really very easy to get to the city center by bus. There are many shops, restaurants and services in the area. It is very easy and pleasant to communicate with Ulderico. He regularly checked in with us to see if we were missing anything and if everything was okay. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place 100%.

Emanuele’s apartment was perfect for our city break in Rome. It’s a lovely space, comfortable, very clean, lots of thought, care and attention has gone into providing everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was very well connected with public transport to get into the centre of the city easily. We had excellent, very easy communication with Emanuele. He was very accommodating, even when our incoming flight was very delayed. Thank you for making us feel very welcome Emanuele, we loved our short stay and look forward to coming to stay again next year. Thank you. Very highly recommended ⭐️

Barbara’s place was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. We had trouble leaving the airport bc of the strikes and Barbara was very understanding and flexible with our check in time. She met us at the gate and showed us around the apartment. She had food and drinks stocked for us! Who does that?! Barbara does! We were so grateful. She had a list of local recommendations for places to eat. I found that renting an electric scooter or bike was the best and most fun way to get around town and down to the city! Barbara is a very gracious host and made my son feel very special for his birthday. 🥰 I highly recommend this spot for your stay to Rome

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Giorgio was a wonderful host and very informative. His food recommendations were excellent! While the location is close to a main road, it was quiet at night and very peaceful out on the balcony. A great place to share a bottle of wine after a long day. If you’re too tired from walking all day, the bus system and metro are very straightforward and easy to figure out. The hot water for the shower took a little finessing but you can figure it out with a little patience :) Overall great stay and wonderful start to our Italy vacation!

Anna Maria was very kind during our stay. The accommodation is located in a university neighborhood, so there are several bars and restaurants, which we thought was fine. I had several shopping venues nearby where to shop, restaurants at good prices. Nos movimos by taxi to approach the center or the train station, anyway you could walk, but it took you about 20 minutes and at night it looked a little dangerous. Thank you very much to the hostess for her kindness and compliance.

Very kind host, sent directions and options on how to get by public transport, the nearest metro station, the supermarket, the neighborhood restaurants and tour tips. Apartment away from the center, decorated with very good taste and pleasant on the third floor of a vintage building, without elevator, with high steps in the last move that need finishing, without accessibility for people with low mobility. Pure air and beautiful view of the area, with drinking water on the 850 m road to the subway. Recommended for people looking for quiet neighborhoods and away from the hustle and bustle. Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

From the start Daniela was very friendly, helpful and an amazing host. Her apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. A great location for Marco Simone Golf Club and only a short uber ride away from central Rome. Highly recommend.

Annalisa is a charming hostess. She is very friendly and gave us lots of little tips to make our stay go smoothly. The space was spacious and spotless . The exteriors are pleasant. Parking space is a plus . A bus station is right next to the property as well as a large supermarket . It's very convenient .

A small oasis of peace. This charming maisonette is located in a peaceful neighborhood, along the ruins of a beautiful aqueduct. My stay was, up to what I imagined, very pleasant. Special mention for Francesca, Manlio's daughter, who welcomed me warmly and did me a favor as soon as I arrived. I fully recommend it!
