Wake up to the sound of the river. The River House is a recently renovated farmhouse nestled in the Marche countryside, where time slows down and silence is the true luxury. A large open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen and living area can accommodate up to 8 people. The three double bedrooms — they guarantee privacy and comfort, with air conditioning and a Smart TV in each room. The two spacious bathrooms complete the picture. Outside, there is a barbecue, a garden with only nature, open air and the river.

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.
